GOLDEN WORLD SUITE HOTEL in Antalya

I always stay at Golden World Hotel whenever I visit Turkey, mainly because of its wonderful facilities.
The rooms are always spotless, and the spa staff are always so welcoming and attentive. The swimming pool area is always perfectly clean and well managed. After a day of shopping, I can come back to back to my room in peace without having an issue about the cleanliness of the bathroom-It's always immaculate. I'm a very picky person when it comes to the choice of the hotel also the maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom.

I would like to sincerely thank the Golden world Hotel for consistently providing a wonderful experience. I’ve been coming here for three consecutive years, and I’ve always been satisfied especially with the cleanliness and overall comfort. I’ve never had to worry about the safety of my belongings, and the rooms have always been spotless from day one.

This time, I even happened to meet one of the housekeeping ladies ,she was incredibly kind and warm, and it really reassured me that everything is in good hands. The hotel overall has a very peaceful and calm atmosphere, and I truly appreciate how clean the rooms, the pool, and the spa are.
However, I must share one unfortunate experience. There is one staff member at reception , I believe she may be of Russian background who comes across as quite aggressive and unfriendly. She doesn’t communicate well and seems to treat some guests differently, possibly based on background or language. I found her attitude very upsetting and surprising for a hotel of this standard.
I sincerely hope the management will look into this matter and either provide her with further training or consider reassigning her role. Most of the stars I’ve given are thanks to the cleanliness of the room, the warmth of the housekeeping staff, and the relaxing spa otherwise, the reception experience, unfortunately, was affected by that particular staff member.

Easy parking, spacious suite. Quite environment with nice balcony. Friendly staff. The door lock didn’t work, no complimentary condiments. Shower room is small.

I only tried thier Spa / Hamam. I had a good experience with Ms. Figen. The Hamam package was quite good. I didn't try massage. Just Hamam, and foam scrubbing. The place was clean, she speaks some English, and was attentive and polite.

This hotel is really nice and cozy Very kind stuff it is clean and new good for families good value of money they offer full kitchen stuff oven microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and washing machine. You can wash your clothes and make your coffee and tea and some small meals and enjoy your stay every suite every suite has bedroom, bathroom, dining area and kitchen, living room and balcony. They have also swimming pool. The beach is not far, but you have to use a car taxi to reach. I will be in this hotel again.
