I absolutely loved the place! First of all, the staff are amazing - so kind, friendly helpful, and caring. I really appreciate it!
The location is great - super close to the beach, and it's a short walk to the bus stop if you need to go to the city / old town, bus station or even airport.
The room is spacious, comfortable, full of light.
Everything was really good, and I'm happy my Mom and I had a chance to stay here.

Overall, the hotel is good. It’s close to the sea, and the staff was helpful with my requests. The rooms are well-furnished and include a fridge, air conditioner, stove, electric kettle, washing machine, and a drying rack.
However, I wasn’t satisfied with the condition of the rooms. I stayed in room 021, and it had the following issues:
1. A rusty drying rack that left rust stains on towels
2. The air conditioner remote only works if you press the batteries firmly each time
3. The shower shelf is tilted
4. The handheld showerhead has low water pressure and cannot be properly mounted
5. The hairdryer is missing the plastic part used to switch the temperature
6. There are small dirty marks on the walls

Terrible experience – avoid this hotel
I had a very disappointing stay at Aspendos Hotel. The room was in unacceptable condition: dirty, with broken furniture, malfunctioning lights, and a strong smell of dampness. The kitchen was barely equipped – missing basic utensils like plates and cutlery. Worst of all, the window didn’t close properly, so I couldn’t sleep due to constant noise from the pool area.
I raised these issues with the hotel staff and manager multiple times, but they refused to help. They told me all rooms are the same unless I pay extra. I also contacted *******, and although they tried to reach the hotel, the management didn’t cooperate. Eventually, I had no choice but to leave the hotel early.

Self catering apartments, a few minutes walk from the beach and close to bars and restaurants. Apartments are clean and adequately equipped (although mine did not have a kettle). Bedroom was just large enough for the bed, but served its purpose.

My girlfriend and I recently booked a small room for two in the basement. To make it short: the room provides what you can expect for the price. If you want more luxury, you will need to pay more.
The floor and stairway to the rooms unfortunately smelled a bit like cat urine. Since the main door seems to be always open, cats can enter. We always felt safe though, cause you can lock the apartment door. The bed was clean and comfortable. The kitchen has an electric kettle, a stove, a microwave and a sandwich maker. There's a pan, plates, glasses and cutlery (we washed it again before use), but a pot for boiling is missing. That would be great. The apartment also provides an air conditioner. There's a bad smell from the drains from time to time, but one can handle it. Although the room is located in the basement, there's a big window so one has sunlight and can let fresh air in, if wanted/needed. The walls are clairaudient, so you sometimes hear the neighbors. We could sleep well, though anyways. There's an opening over the big window, so one basically has a connection to the outside the whole time. The swimming pool was closed during our stay. But it was still February and pretty cold anyways. The hotel is located in a great place.

The furniture is a bit tired, they didn't clean it once in 6 nights, the neighbors didn't let us sleep at night several times

The cleaning was not good, there were yellow marks on the towels, there were yellowish marks on the duvet and the duvet cover, other than that there was nothing bad, the location is good

There were some missing materials inside. Cleaning was not done properly. It is in a very good location. It needs some care.
