Terra Rossa in Antalya

The hotel was all stinking with the smoking and cigarette Smell everywhere, even in the bathroom, bedrooms, it was all embedded already. when we complained to the staff, they said they can do nothing for it. They said it is there in every room.But there is no facility or they could do anything to get rid of it. When we asked several times for some room freshness, They gave us spray bottle on the third day of our stay, even though it was not working well. The room was quite good with the bathtub. But we could not stay much in the hotel because of the cigarette Smell, even our child could smell it. We were feeling that oi stayed all the time in a smoking room.
There were no bins, no bath mats, no room service, No change of bed sheets,
No basic needs like water or tea, coffee.

Though the bus stop and road was very nearby, i would not recommend any non smokers to book it in.

Everything is very bad

Washing machine not working and in inter day room was not cleaned
