If there was a zero star I would’ve given it to this hotel I’ve been travelling all around the world but never was treated in such a bad way the customer service was pathetic, I complained about my air conditioning in the room it barely worked and Wi-Fi their response was very bad they told me that can’t do anything it is what it is and for Wi-Fi they told me I have to go to reception or the garden to use I mean what kind of customer service is that there wasn’t any sort of apologetic behaviour intact he was being more aggressive
That was wondefull hotel service is amazing you must test their foods bcs they have good cooker.. thanks lot for everything see u next summer ..
The first time we were here in June 2009. When committed car mileage in Turkey with a length of 6000 km. Personally, the hotel made a very good impression on us.Look at our photos. You will see What a wonderful breakfast. And such a warm, pleasant place to stay.It's a shame if over the past 10 years, as it is written here in the review, the hotel gave in its positions and turned into an ordinary battered 2-3-star hotel.
A warm welcome by Aylin, a young, charming and charismatic hotel owner who takes good care of her guests when they make the effort to get to know her. I find that the best way to experience my travels is to get to know the locals and she was a fantastic host for Kemer.
The hotel is located in a central yet quiet area. It's an older building but well kept. Quite beautiful on the exterior. The rooms, furniture, decor and TV are a bit outdated but for the budget price, we did not mind. I did find the mattresses hard to sleep on and if I could make any suggestion... that would be to replace the mattresses.
Breakfast is basic. Pool is very clean. Aylin makes killer mojitos! You can order food either prepared by her or, I assume, delivered from a nearby restaurant.
For animal lovers, the hotel hosts seven cats, all friendly and sweet. It's also a good hotel for kids and families. The beach nearby is great and there is a free shuttle service from the hotel. You can also go there for the evening for some food and drink.

Looks nice from outside. Rooms are tiny and not well maintained. Bathroom is so small. Simply upper part of your body sits on handwash sink when you sit on toilet seat. Dirty rooms without hotwater. Breakfast less than average complete with flies in olive bowl. Hotel staff is helpful but inefficient. Afterall is a cheap hotel. You get what you pay.
