I spent 4 nights here and it was a total disaster. We had no running water for 3 days straight—no showers, nothing. They didn't even offer us bottled water to drink; we had to go buy our own.
The staff were so rude and didn't care at all. Not welcoming, no apologies, just bad vibes. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else

Very nice and close to amenities as well as budget friendly ( ask for firat )

Excellent hotel, convenient location, polite staff, English-speaking. The rooms are small, but have everything you need. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the water was hot. Wi-Fi was also problem-free. There was only one outlet in the room.

We stayed for 4 days, they did not clean the room and we were all day out. Room is much worst than pictures. And a lot of noise in the night.

Staff are very kind and welcoming, upgraded my small room to a slightly larger one, Reception staff were very professional.

Hotel is on a Side street, so close to Şarampole Tramvay stop, connecting the Otogar And Airport.
