Prime Boutique-hotel in Antalya

I wouldnt say it was a bad experience , but it wasnt good either , it didnt feel like a 4 or 5 star ,
1-Furniture was old and old school
2-The hair dryer was too weak
3-Ac stopped working once due to fault in wiring though it was fixed pretty soon after we complained
4-View from Rooftop was good
5-Toilet paper roll wasnt new it wasnt dirty but it was half used
6-The Rooms arent sound proof you can hear noises from outside

okey so first of all, it shows its a 5 star hotel but in my opinion its a 3 star, the room wasn't anything extraordinary. The staff was limited, one of the reception guy told us he will upgrade us due to AC not working for the first two nights, and told us to check next morning and we will get upgraded, however next morning there was someone else on the shift and we told him that, and he said we were already upgraded when we checked in and that the sea front view was our upgraded room, however later that day i checked my booking and it turns out my original booking was already of the sea view room, so technically it wasn't upgraded at all. I found it so annoying how he got it wrong and didnt believe us. Anyway i didnt bother again next day to show the booking and ask again so left it. The breakfast wasn't all that either, the only good thing is the location of the hotel.
