Great location, near the water if your into that and great breakfast. That's about where it ends. There's no hot water in the morning, better wake up real early or your taking a cold shower 🥶. If you don't speak Turkish you will have no in room entertainment since the TVs have no smart connectivity, just Turkish cable. You have to put your door card in a slot for the room to have power so every time you leave, nothing gets charged and there's no climate control so you'll be coming back to a hot room. The lighting in the room and bathroom is terrible you can barely see there's one small light in there. The blanket on the bed is similar to a prison blanket, worst I've ever seen at a hotel. The heated pool isn't heated at all. They have some bootleg Turkish bath in the basement, they charge €200 per hour to use it, it's absolutely ridiculous. They also charge to use the in-room safe €3 per day which is even more ridiculous. The maids are very nice, the rest of the staff is ehhh. There are much better options for the same price point.

⭐ Very bad experience – absolutely not recommended!

I booked a 7-day stay and I’m currently on day 4, but so far it has been one big disappointment.
From the very first day things went wrong: no shampoo in the shower, poor hygiene, and a gym that is completely unusable. The exercise mats are even covered in mold.

As a vegetarian, the situation is even worse. There is almost nothing to eat besides some salad. I have had only fries for 3 days, because they still cannot provide a proper vegetarian meal. Every day I am sent to a different person, but nothing changes.

The atmosphere during dinner is also uncomfortable. The staff constantly watch what you’re doing, and as soon as you get up to leave, they immediately approach you as if you need to pay, even though I am all-inclusive. I have to prove this over and over again.

The rooms are very noisy. You can literally hear your neighbors talking, and because of barking dogs outside at night, sleeping is difficult.

To make things even worse, there was no water in the shower in the morning, so I couldn’t even wash myself before going to my activities.

In short: bad service, poor hygiene, poor food options, and absolutely no comfort. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is not 5 star hotel, it is maximum 2 star. Very ride staff, 1 small bottle shampoo and 2 bars of hand soap for whole 6 night stay for 2 people, 1 cup ,empty broken fridge, very dirty rooms, no bedding, no duvet ,there is towel instead duvet, horrible hotel. Does the regional manager of ******* visited this hotel? The most important, it is NOT all inclusive hotel,it full board hotel with the same food everyday on certain time. Ice coffe, turkis coffee, juices, cocktails all extra cost, what is all inclusive?

Not great. I payed for the all inclusive option for 6 days which turned out to be only 5 and a half days. Upon checking out at 12oclock mid day they took my wrist band off and said I wasn’t no longer to use the all inclusive option. I wasn’t getting picked up till 9pm that night. Rooms are dated and the front of house staff are not very friendly. I looked at local hotels in this area and there are way better for your money.my next visit is in 3 months time I won’t be using this hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for dental treatment with villa Lara dental{who were amazing} This is the hotel that the clinic put us in while having treatment.the amazing treatment at the clinic is not reflected in the standard of this hotel. The breakfast experience is very poor hot choice is very limited and warm at the best Breakfast staff do not engage when trying to have a conversation. Reception staff smile when you engage with them however if you have any issues that need addressing their attitude changes very negative , The bar staff and waiters are more helpful and friendly but they seem to make up the prices of the drinks we were charged a different price every time . On the plus side as we were bed and breakfast water and coffee were freely available all the time. The pool area is lovely when we stayed there were plenty of sun beds available and the pool was lovely and clean to swim in but a bit cold. The rooms we were allocated were on the 3rd floor they were small with little room and few hangers in the wardrobe. The balcony was small and narrow which didn’t encourage you to sit on it. The bed was ok but my granddaughter next door had a creaky bed. The showers were amazing powerful and roomy All in all my stay for dental surgery by an amazing dental clinic was downgraded by their choice of accxomadation.

Absolutely appalling, food was awful had to go out every day to eat I did think there would be more choice but there wasn’t. People having a drink and cause people were having a laugh they then got security to go over and tell them off. My watch was taken out of my room - how can you not be able to leave ur property in ur room and someone take it.
