The hotel offers just eight uniquely decorated rooms, including Angela - Superior Double, Behice - Deluxe Twin, Suna Deluxe Double, and Verda Standard Single, each distinct in style. Guests can enjoy a traditional Turkish breakfast featuring fresh fruits and homemade preserves served in the hotel’s restaurant every morning. The property features an outdoor pool with umbrellas and sun loungers available free of charge, as well as two restaurants, a garden, and terrace spaces. Wi-Fi is complimentary throughout the hotel. Note that the hotel does not accommodate children under 18 and does not allow pets. Check-in begins at 14:00, and check-out is between 06:30 and 12:00.

This hotel is located in a beautiful area, but the staff is beyond disrespectful. This hotel is over priced, it may appear to look good from the outside but the staff completely ruin the experience. It’s sad to give a one star review but the service is absolute trash. Please do NOT rent from here, other hotels nearby are clean, professional, and super loving! I am one of the nicest people taking care of cancer patients I was shocked to be treated incredibly poorly

I was standing outside this hotel looking at my Google Maps without saying a single word and I was approached in Turkish to leave, I was being “too loud” I’ve written nothing but 5 star reviews but I’m absolutely shocked how I was treated, I didn’t even say a single word and I was told I was being rude and loud. I would not recommend anyone to come here, Turkey is full of love but Kauçuk Hotel truly disappointed me. Don’t waste your time, truly saddened

Beautiful courtyard garden in the heart of the old town. Rengin & her staff were great hosts. The included breakfast was served with care, homemade preserves & different treats each day. I hope to stay again!

I had a wonderful stay of a week with Rengin and her lovely team. The hotel is small, guests are known by name and treated with care.
The courtyard garden is delightful, a lovely setting for each day's delicious homemade breakfast & a peaceful retreat to while a away the day.
The location was perfect for me, in the old town but close to the tram and bustle of downtown. Evenings could be noisy but that is the trade off for the location and sympathetic renovation of the historic building.
I hope I will be able to return!

Lovely Pansyion in the old town of Antalya, perfectly located for sightseeing and walking through the center of the old town.
Run with a lot of care and attention to detail by the owner Rengin.
We spend 3 wonderful days and look forward to coming back

The staff are very accommodating. If you stay here they will attend to your every need. I truly enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast was simply delicious. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I don't like being obligated to leave my key at the front desk. And, verifying my fears I came back to find they'd been in my room to change the temperature on the air conditioner. I had just arrived. Nobody should go in my room my first day. Outrageous that they can enter my room whenever they please. This is my private space for one or more days that I have paid for. Also, hot water is from solar and sometimes there isn't any. The room on the street can be quite noisy and the curtains don't block the sunlight.

I stayed at Kaucuk hotel for one night. Main issue with this hotel is that owner of the hotel is also living in the same place and you feel like you are not a paying customer, but an intruder or an unwelcome guest. I didn't feel comfortable at all during my stay, I complained about my room not having a heavy curtain to block the sunlight, but I was told that its design is that way! I recommend others to look for better options in Kaleici, Antalya where you will feel like staying at home, but still have your privacy. Also, its breakfast is quite poor as compared to other boutique hotels.

This is a nice small hotel centrally located in Antalya old town. Big and nice rooms and extremely helpful hotel personnel.

The room was vintage. Some of the stuff in the room is a bit old like the fridge and the jacuzzi shower pod. No breakfast buffet. Quiet at night, the bed was quite comfortable. I looked at their business card, at the reception “Dimitri Vasiliev, General Manager” That didn’t sound like a Turkish name, I asked, “Is he Russian” “Yes” “but he’s Jewish, right?” I asked. “Yes”. So if you’d like to support local Jewish businesses, this is the right place to stay.

Oh, my God, I really want to give a bad review to this hotel. It's so noisy at night. It's not soundproof. It's not quiet outside until three o'clock in the morning. It's on the roadside. There is a hard and thin blanket on the bed. The smell of wood in the room is so strong. People who don't sleep well should not live in this room

Excellent boutique hotel. Service was impeccable and the breakfast spread was well done. The only challenge for us was that the AC was off ahead of our arrival in our room. This meant that it took 24 hours before it got comfortably cool enough in the room for us to sleep. Additionally the internet TV was not connected to the internet so we could not access content. These small details do not detract from an otherwise excellent stay.

It was a quiet and peaceful holiday in the old city of Antalya, close to entertainment centers. A concept that was not crowded was considered for breakfast by the pool. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was great in terms of price-performance evaluation.

A particularly charming boutique hotel located in the old city of Antalya. We were 4 people and stayed in the Ottoman room; An extremely luxurious room, 90 meters including 2 bedrooms, a living room, an extremely large bathroom with two sinks and a huge jacuzzi. The breakfast is excellent and full of good things. The staff is professional, welcoming, helpful and extremely kind. Always taking care of the well-being of the guests!!! The hotel is clean, the atmosphere is pleasant and it is located in an excellent location; Only 15 minutes from the marina and within walking distance of all shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars. An excellent hotel, and an attractive price - I highly recommend it!!!
The pool is small, not suitable for those who want to spend a day in the pool, but more for rest and relaxation. It's important to know that all the hotels in the old city are located between entertainment venues, so it's not particularly quiet at night, but we travel all day and come back tired, so it didn't disturb our sleep :)

The rooms are clean and spacious. The Staff are attentive and because it is a small hotel they really make you feel welcome. Lovely to stay in the Old Town. Great area to walk around in. The old bazaar is within a 5 minute walk and the main shopping areas within 10 to 15 minutes walk. There are a lot of historical sites to see with the coast on your doorstep. I would 100% stay here again.

Location was perfect if you want a peaceful night of sleep in the old town and also want to be close to the sights you want to see in the day. We initially had a room close to the center of the town which is where the beer garden / pubs where. Convenient but was impossible to sleep. We moved to Eski Masal thankfully, the rooms are spacious, we took the Anatolian suite which is on the second floor. Feels like a cultural experience so no complaints about decor which is kept to a minimum in the room. Toilets were amazing, equipped with a modern shower with massage features and there’s also a huge jacuzzi. Only issue were the towels have a bad smell as perhaps the room has not been used in a while ? Minor problem as everything else is good. Breakfast was a good selection given the exclusivity of the hotel meant there would not be many guests (5 suites max?) at one point. Nice pool too. Receptionist was helpful as offered to cook scrambled eggs on the side as the buffet spread was mainly cold. Would recommend to anyone who isn’t looking for a crazy night out in Antalya and wants a peaceful evening uninterrupted by the loudness of the streets should you find yourself staying near pubs and restaurants which is an 80% chance.
