Grand Nergiz Otel in Antalya

I wish I could give zero stars. My stay here was nothing short of awful. The room had cockroaches crawling around, and the bedding was clearly dirty and unwashed. When I requested fresh towels, the staff refused and acted incredibly rude and dismissive.

The breakfast was also low quality and barely edible, with very limited options and poor hygiene standards. Overall, the staff’s attitude made an already bad experience even worse.

Save yourself the stress and money – there are plenty of better places to stay. This hotel should not be in business until they seriously address their cleanliness, customer service, and basic hospitality standards.
