The hotel was really good. The staff were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The rooms are modern, warm, comfortable, and very clean. It would be the perfect hotel if they had food service for lunch and dinner as they only have a breakfast service. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The room was spotless, and the facilities were brand new. The breakfast area downstairs looked lovely during the day. The hotel is conveniently located near a supermarket, and parking right outside on the street was a breeze. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful!

I recently stayed at Falcon 1511 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. I rarely write negative reviews, but in this case, future guests deserve to be aware of the issues I encountered.
1. Lack of professionalism and support
The communication and service provided during my stay were far below acceptable standards. Instead of offering solutions or support when problems occurred, the property was unresponsive and unwilling to take any responsibility.
2. No willingness to resolve issues
When concerns were raised, the hotel made no genuine effort to address them. Even after escalating the matter through Booking.com, the property still refused to offer any form of compensation or meaningful resolution.
3. Poor overall experience
The combination of unhelpful staff, lack of accountability, and dismissive attitude created a very frustrating experience. What should have been a smooth stay turned into an ongoing issue that required multiple follow-ups.
4. Not recommended
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Falcon 1511. There are many other properties that offer far better service, responsiveness, and respect for their guests.
I hope this review encourages Falcon 1511 to improve its customer service and take guest feedback seriously. Until then, I would advise others to consider alternative accommodations.

Super clean, relatively new, safe, air condition cools down the room in no time, great breakfast, not too loud during the night, plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance, beaches are a bit further away. No dedicated car park available, it gets crowded later in the afternoon.

I have stayed here 3 times now. It's more like returning to visit family than it is staying with a faceless commercial property.
Elena the dayshift manager has exceptional on every visit, taking in delivery ordered to the hotel before i had even checked in.
Nothing was too much trouble. I was given post surgery icepacks. Elena made sure they were marked up with my room number and all the staff were aware they were in the freezer.
Even collecting icepacks at 3am, I was welcomed by the night-shift with a smile.
The weekend and evening management were also exceptional. When going out walking to catch the sunrise over the sea, they told me the best way to walk to get an unobstructed view.
I can't wait to come back again.
