Hotel Luna in Antalya

Very nice for its price

I'm a travel agent in Bangalore India and I booked a 10 day trip around Turkey for my clients (a couple and their sister). We booked 1. a hotel in Istanbul the turkoman- tiny and more like a homestay with only a few rooms, but great location, then 2. the ladies beach residence in kusadasi and 3. the family cave suite in goreme Cappadocia. No complaint about any of these. All had great reviews.The hotel shuttle pickup was not immediately located on arrival at Istanbul so there was a little delay. In spite of the language barrier all the hotel staff went out of their way to assist when the group was too tired on the day of arrival to undertake the bosphorus cruise. In kusadasi the hotel staff helped them to advance their bus trip to Antalya by a day. I'm Cappadocia again the hotel staff advised them to change their tour to an easier one based on activity level for their age. The only hotel which is never to be recommended and should be removed from the list of recommended places to stay was in Antalya. The villa Granada refused to let us book through the hotel booking portal and insisted the clients pay directly on arrival. This was very inconvenient and most unprofessional.

We only spent 2 nights there as we were in transit, but it was clean, quiet and close to our points of interest. The appliances were functional, we slept comfortably, we weren't disturbed. I was a bit disappointed not to find a mini fridge in the room (I've been to Turkey more than 10 times in different locations and this was a must!) but I can't remember if it was advertised or not when I booked, so I didn't complain about it. We didn't try the food and drinks from the hotel therefore I can't evaluate this, but all in all we had a pleasant stay, definitely served our purpose. Thank you!

Excellent service I had a few small issues with the room but the owner of the hotel changed our rooms, without any issues. A good size hotel with a clean swimming pool and is close to local amenities. I would recommend any family or individuals to visit this hotel and the owner is a real genuine person.
