I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU GO THERE WHEN YOU VISIT ANTALYA TÜRKİYE.
1. One of the guys at reception was extremely unpleasant when my family and I asked for milk to be heated up so my 2 year old nephew could have it. He instructed the kitchen staff to not do this for us which I find quite odd, he showed an extremely lack of understanding for the simplest thing.
2. Our tap in the bathroom became loose after a day of use and once we told the hotel staff, we came back to our hotel room with no tap the next evening. Why not replace it or offer us another room?
The customer service is atrocious.
3. The water takes approx 10 mins to become hot, this may be an overall problem in Antalya however when the water is running in the shower, it builds up.
The only good thing about staying at this hotel is the various cafes just down the road as well as souvenir shops and other dessert shops however, you’re better off paying a little extra for a better hotel so you don’t spend your stay having to constantly sort out problems within the room and there are many other hotels in this same area.
Do not waste your time, money and holiday staying at this hotel. You can find much better service and overall experience elsewhere.
