The air conditioner does not heat. There are noises when we open the wardrobe. There is no coffee, tea or water in the rooms. They were not provided. All of them are subject to an additional charge. The walls are soundproof.

Convenient location, in the very center. Simple, no frills, but clean and quite comfortable. There is everything you need.

Location is great but it’s clear it’s an older hotel! Don’t expect spotless clean rooms because they are not. If you can look past this it’s great. Location is so central and perfect if you’re just sleeping there. Price is so good but worth booking directly with the hotel as it’s cheaper than online 3rd party platforms.

Don't even think about booking this hotel. This hotel charged me twice from my card - a huge amount of money, when I arrived at the hotel, they told me that payment was only in cash and the money from the card has not yet been returned.

Hygiene: Very clean. The hotel is very new. It is better than other hotels in Turkey (within 500). I don’t know why the other hotels that have higher ratings than her are higher. Maybe this hotel is relatively new.
Environment: There is a mosque next to it. There will be loud chanting in the morning and it will probably last for a while.
The space is large, but the sound insulation has some minor flaws.
Service: The boss is a very kind old man
Facilities: Close to the tram station, only a two-minute walk away. It is very convenient to go to the airport and bus station.

ROOMS, it was very dirty and looked like it was not cleaned for months, and there were holes in the bedsheets.

I thought I would just sleep, so I booked a place that was close to the bus stop and within walking distance of the old town. The location is good. I stayed for 2 nights, but they didn't clean the room separately, and I didn't request breakfast because I had to go to a different building. You have to buy water, and the bedding seemed to have been washed, but it didn't feel clean.
