Great apartment in centre of everything

I loved the stay. It had a great vibe, down to earth in just the right way. Staff were helpful and courteous. The only downfall was the cold showers at the beginning, but the staff got a repair man in there to fix the problem, so it was a non issue.

Massive apartment A short stay before moving onto a resort. Apartment is massive over two floors. Three large bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin). Large kitchen, 3 bathroom, a balcony and a roof terrace. Apartment is modern and clean. Supermarkets close by but quite a distance from attractions.

just come back from a 15 night stay, had a great time, fantastic pool area, garden area, get the sun all day, 24 hour reception, 30 mins walk to beach, 3 supermarkets within 200 yards, you have washing machine dishwasher iron and board, no cleaner but you have everything you need, only negative there was no safety deposit boxes

Great place, we spent 12 days there with family. We had a car, so there was no issues to go to the beach. Kids enjoyed the pool and we liked the overall stay

The room facilities are good, but the basement may be damp and smelly. I booked a duplex suite with two floors. The breakfast is standard white food, not delicious, but filling.

Great place, excellent beach, we were there in September, and it was completely calm until lunchtime, but the waves got stronger after lunchtime. Very convenient location from the house to the sea...one caveat: there are no cafes nearby for breakfast (or just greasy eggs)...the shops are still a bit far away...but the staff is super helpful.

The location is superb only five minutes walk from the beach and many restaurants. The apartment we rent was very clean, well maintained and has everything you need for a short stay with jacuzzi and a dining table in the trace! The staff is very friendly and responsive. I'm staying here for dental work. Highly recommend. This hotel is family ran, although it's mostly a German guest staying that's ok everyone is welcome. Clean rooms lovely breakfast, even no problem bringing wine here from supermarkets such a chilled vibe

Staff were great. Very helpful, kind even told us the best spots to go and to eat. The apartments are spacious, clean definitely a great place to book and a great location. The only issue is theres no elevator which for myself isnt a big deal but for elderly, children or pregnant women can be difficult. Excellent location, right on Konyaalti Beach, perfect for walking along the beautiful promenade. Despite the relatively reasonable price, we unfortunately found some flaws in the amenities (the sheets were missing; the single bed was actually a very uncomfortable sofa... towels and toilet paper were missing), and cleaning, including linen change, was only provided once a day and upon request.

We stayed for one night. We had a late flight, landing at 10:30 PM, but check-in was smooth around 11 PM. We'd booked a room for four, advertised with a double bed and a sofa bed. The main advantage of this accommodation is its proximity to the sea; it's very close, especially if you walk through the park. What was lacking for convenience: there were no cleaning supplies, not even a basic broom or mop to sweep up small messes. Also, there's no bath mat in the bathroom, and since the shower and toilet are combined, water tends to splash everywhere.

This is way over our expectations. Excellent value for stay, everything is brand new. Room cleaning service is outstanding, we returned everyday with a fresh clean room. Excellent apartment and great location. The only thing that could be better is the water pressure and some towels were rough, minor issues but everything else is great including the host. Spacious apartment with air-conditioning! We paid a little extra for balcony but we received a balcony on the ground floor with view of unkempt backyard full of weeds. It was difficult to get taxis or walk to public transport from this location, in the heat. We would end up walking at least 7 min on cobbly narrow road in very hot weather to get anywhere. Would not recommend if you have lots of luggage...

I enjoyed my stay at the Akca Apart Hotel, which is located near restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff was exceptional, especially Manager Mustafa, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room is only useful for doing laundry, as it comes with an automatic washing machine. Beyond that, the cleaning was strange, and the kitchen area was very dirty. The beds were uncomfortable, the linens stiff and unironed, and the blanket was also stiff. No complimentary water was provided; we had to buy our own. We only stayed here for a night's sleep and to do laundry.

Considering this was a last minute plan due to missing a flight thia turned out to be perfect. The host especially opened up the kitchen out of hours to accommodate for dinner after being difficult to get food at such late hours. The pictures of the hotel were very decieving. It looked more spacious and luxurious. The staff made the stay more pleasant though as they were very freindly and helpful.

Spacious and clean accommodation with breakfast included in the room price. Good for family with young children however you are advised to rent a car from the airport.
