Great place to stay, nice clean rooms, 100% value for money. However, its close to the beach, and all the beach belongs to hotels, so you can rent a sun bed or anything. Have to walk in to town for sun bathing. Also shops are further away, but not that far. Location 6 out of 10, cleanliness 10 out of 10, friendlyness 10 out of 10, overall I do recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved this place. The staff are super friendly - it’s a small family run apart hotel. Rooms are spacious, with kitchenette that has everything you need to make drinks and breakfast. Towels replenished every other day and loo rolls left. No bar at the pool but you are welcome to take your own drinks down in plastic cups. Little bar area outside which is great to have a drink before the 15 min walk into Kemer centre. It’s nothing fancy but it served us well and we would definitely recommend it and we would definitely return!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Apartment Minta in Kemer, Antalya. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and impeccable service. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and immaculately clean, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring.

The pool area was a highlight of our stay – it was pristine, inviting, and perfect for relaxation. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare our own meals when we felt like dining in. We were particularly pleased with the attention to cleanliness throughout the apartment, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment.

Breakfast was a delightful experience each morning, featuring fresh and delicious options. The freshly squeezed orange juice was a standout, providing a refreshing start to our day.

The location of Apartment Minta is ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. Despite the predominantly Russian-speaking environment, we felt very welcomed as German guests. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and made our stay memorable.

Overall, our experience at Apartment Minta was nothing short of five stars. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Kemer, Antalya.

A nice apartment. Clean. The sink might be a bit small. There are small buffet-style places around it. If you buy supplies, you can cook your own meals there. The pool is relatively small but clean. The beach they have a contract with is a 10-minute walk away, a pebble beach. The water is nice, with gentle waves. The location is good. I didn't need much, but the staff was friendly. Thank you for everything.

Just spent 12 days with family at Minta Apart Hotel. Very nice and cozy little hotel, just 6-7 min. walk from Veranda beach. Sunbeds are complimentary for hotel guests. Rooms are ok size, climatized with basic kitchen supplies. Family and stuff at the hotel are very nice and helpful. Hotel is approx. 12 min. walk from Kemer city center. Definitely a choice if you want budget accommodation in Kemer.

A bit further outside of the city center (10min walking) but on the main road, this aparthotel is really recommended. Checked out many aparthotels in Kemer, and this one stood out. Really clean, nice staff, everything you could ask for. Price is fine, even though there are of course less expensive ones. But best bang for your buck you get here, best price to quality ratio.

Service is great, rooms are clean, and air conditioning works! My only complaint is that shampoo is not supplied by the hotel.
