Cinar Butik Hotel in Kas

Room was very small. Our check-in process was very unorganised. Room was not setup properly.. fridge didn't work..no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom. It was very disappointing considering the price that was paid.
Wa given a ground floor room even though I had book one with a partial sea view.
Kas is very very over rated and very touristy. Not worth it.

I read the excellent ones with astonishment. It's beyond awful. The fridge is filthy. The room is the same, I accidentally dropped something under the bed, there are fossilized remains there. Even though we are staying at a hotel, paying 100 TL for two 1-liter waters is ridiculous! Never again. Ruhi Bey, the restaurant's appetizers are great, well done to the chef, but there is a service that is getting worse with the service. Because the food being delicious alone is not enough, when combined with the service, these are things that complete each other. Many thanks to Bayram Bey, he is doing his best. I hope they will improve things.

Disgrace! We stayed for 6 nights in total and had the worst hotel experience of our lives. First of all, when we entered the room, it was filthy. I can talk about the soaps left from the previous guest, dirty towels, dirty toilet, and stained sheets. When we asked for it to be cleaned, they said don't worry, I will have it cleaned tomorrow, since the job was up to us, we cleaned the room with the materials we bought ourselves. Think about a holiday(!) that was spent with Derya Hanım, who did not answer the phone and was not there for the rest of the days, a mediocre breakfast prepared with poor quality products, a room that was not cleaned despite us asking for it to be cleaned, waking up to the sound of renovation in the morning, them turning off the water and doing renovations when we returned from the sea and not even informing us. 2 years ago, when Mehmet Bey was running the same hotel, we were incredibly pleased and made a reservation from the same place again this year, but unfortunately the result was disappointing. Stay in a tent, stay on the street, but do not choose this hotel. We woke up at 10 in the morning to the sound of hammering, packed our things and practically ran away. There was no water in the minibar, and despite this, a hotel that didn't even want to know the reason for our dissatisfaction by saying "did you drink water? If you did, I'll take the money for the water" when we left.

When we first checked in to the hotel, they said that the cleaning had not been done and made us wait for cleaning. The next day, we left a note on the door for the room to be cleaned. When we returned, it had not been cleaned. They have major problems with cleaning. The breakfast is okay, don't expect a very enjoyable breakfast. Price performance was below par for me.
