Aquaprincess Hotel in Kas

Overall, this is a lovely hotel. As other reviews have mentioned, there are a lot of stairs, and the internet is very patchy, but the location, views, staff and food are all excellent.

Very friendly and helpful staff, perfect location, just a couple of minutes nice walk away from city center, very quiet and nice location with beautiful views, own private beach is wonderfully equipped. Drawback: rooms and facilities are not in best condition, need renovation and care. Advantages: every room has a balcony, breakfast is delicious and has a wonderful view 👌🏻

We went with 3 families. We enjoyed our stay here. Service, breakfast and views were wonderful. The friendly staff was bonus who all made our stay extra special. Another massive plus for us was the cleanliness of the whole place including rooms (although the smell of bleech was a bit much). Beds were crisp clean and comfortable. The only negative was that there was no elevator. For adults this is okay but for someone with kids it was tiring. It wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

It is a beautiful place. The staffs are very kind and helpful. Especially thanks for Hayrettin. The breakfast was good. The negatives are the bathroom is too small and the towels are changed every 3 days. Though, we think the best place to stay in Kas.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were all wonderful and made the hotel punch above its weight.

Other reviews already noted the stairs. It is perhaps even more than you may think because there are stairs to the main "platform" with the pool and then stairs to the actual room floors, which start at "1". Don't repeatedly forget things in the room like we did.

There are several spots for guest parking. It was easy for us to use over a multi-day stay in very early June. I imagine the situation is not as pleasant during peak season.

The room has a plastic bag marked laundry, but there is no in-house laundry. This was perplexing to us, but maybe it's a local custom. There's a well-priced laundry service place 10-15 min pleasant walk away near the Carrefour. It faces a street in case you prefer to drive there.

One of the best locations to stay in Kaş. Excellent crew. Fantastic panorama.
