Nur Beach Hotel in Kas

Unfortunately our 3 night stay was ruined when on our first night we found dirty, stained sheets on our bed. We had a full day and at 1am when going to sleep found the sheets had brown stains and blood stains. The young man at the front desk came and changed the sheets but the damage had been done already. I don't know how I managed to even sleep that night. And to make matters worse, the owner, Mehmet, was not very sympathetic at all and made as if it was no big deal. He told us that his customers were many repeat customers, as if that should make me feel better! He advised us that the rooms were cleaned each day and had the nerve to ask if we were sure that we had not made the stains. I suggested that he refund the night's fee but he did not. After we checked out, he told us that he would have not charged us for the extra fees charged to the room, but we had already paid and he was not returning that either. The photos that I've attached here speak for themselves. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!
