Very nice and comfortable hotel.
We only stayed one night, but the quality of service and location are outstanding.
Offering a buffet dinner, as well as breakfast, it gives you the opportunity to sample Turkish delicacies.
Recommended.

The hotel is authentic, and the location is very central.
The bedding was clean and looked nice and white. However, the hotel itself was a bit dated, which was noticeable.
The curtains were completely old and out of place.
Unfortunately, hygiene is something I'm particularly sensitive about.
Breakfast was truly minimal! There was very little choice compared to other hotels in the area. We come to Konya every year, and this breakfast was a real disappointment. By 9:15, the buffet was almost empty.

Hi
I stayed in Hotel Ney in Konya in May 2025 for two nights and I found it quite a pleasure. Room service was good and the receptionists were very helpful and friendly. It was less than 5 minutes of walk to Rumi's Museum. I will certainly stay there next time in Konya.

Hotel Ney in Konya has a fantastic location—just a short walk to many of the city's major attractions, including the Mevlana Museum. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was tasty with a decent variety to start the day. The hotel was clean throughout, but the rooms are definitely showing their age and could benefit from an update. Despite the slightly worn furnishings, it's still a solid choice for a convenient and comfortable stay in Konya.

The room we have got wasn’t the same one we have booked. It was a very small room with stairs to another smaller room that had nothing but bed. Which they meant it was a SWEET!! Very poor facilities, not clean at all. We had to clean everything self. The shower was filled with hair.

We booked this hotel through *******, trusting the photos online, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. Our room was very dusty and poorly cleaned; the soundproofing was terrible, and we could clearly hear the people in the neighboring room.
Even worse, late at night, someone arrived in the adjacent room, and we couldn’t sleep due to inappropriate and disturbing noises (which seemed to be known by the hotel staff). Later, an argument broke out between a woman and a man, with shouting, insults, and loud noises right outside our door.
The only positive aspect was the location, but it was overshadowed by all these issues. Definitely not worth the price – I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

The location of the hotel was good, the staff was nice and formal, breakfast was very normal.
The room itself was very bad, the whole corridor of the hotel smells like cigarettes,
And our room was infested with the smell.
It was ridiculous how bad smelled,even the towels smelled like that, and the bed sheets. We have to open the window and sleep like that because our eyes were hurting because the cigarettes. Also our bathroom was smelling like pee and it had lots of mold by the sink, honestly for what we pay was one of the worst experiences we ever had. I don’t understand how they can run a hotel like that.

The hotel was in a great location, about a 1 or 2 minute walk from Rumi's shrine, which turned out to be a central location. It's an easy landmark to find and everything you need from food to gifts are all around it. The hotel room itself was simple, a bit smaller than I expected but it was okay for me. Everything was really clean, the TV worked, the showerhead worked, and there were no problems or leakages anywhere in the bathroom. The shower stall, too, was a bit small, but it was okay for four days. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Only weird thing, though, is that the walls are a bit thin so I could hear when the toilet was flushed in the next room.

Great hotel at excellent locations. Very clean and well equipped rooms. Polite and helpful staff. Location is right next to the historical center. Definitely recommend!

BED BUGS in the room and smells smoke. When we asked for non smoking room, we were told everybody smoke and we don’t have non smoking room. When we left the hotel, my skin started itching and getting swollen red dots. I will NOT recommend staying in Baykara hotel in Konya unless the issues are solved and they put new mattresses, beds, and towels there. We both have a lot of red spot in our bodies and are very irritated.

We arrived late had some issue with checking ins. But overall the staff turned out to be taken care of everything. We had a pleasant stay and breakfast was great.
