The Dervish hotel is a lovely Otoman mansion with period features and beautiful Turkish rugs. The rooms are spacious and well kept, and the bathrooms brand new. The beds are large and comfortable. The breakfasts are really delicious. The host speaks perfect English and can't do enough to help you. The location is a five minute walk from all the sites . This really 8s the perfect stay.

Wonderful family run hotel. We received such a warm friendly welcome and the most delicious breakfast. The owner suggested a great restaurant for dinner. We were only staying one night but would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Konya.

I rated the area where the property sits high but currently there is a great deal of construction. I understand that in a few months, it will be done. We love it.

The hotel was wonderful and the staff were amazingly accommodating. The only downside was having to be let out and let in every time we wanted to leave or return. Offering guests a key to the gate would be a good idea.

We had an absolutely wonderful time and can't recommend this hotel more! Muammar made us most welcome from day 1 and we felt we were part of the family after that. He also had our train tickets to Ankara ready, having made the booking a few days ago when I wrote to him. We were also able to purchase from him our tickets for the Whirling Dervishes show at the Irfan Center. And that was not all. When I expressed a desire to visit the Sultanhani caravanserai, he promptly invited me to join him and his brother since they were going to the nearby town to take care of some work. I thus got to see this special place without having to take a bus. These are only a few examples of Muammar's hospitality and kindness. As for the hotel, it is stellar in every way. Don't even think twice when you book your stay here!

The host, Muammer, is a gentleman. The immediate surrounding area is under construction, and may be a little challenging for a female traveling alone, only walking back at night that is, but overall it’s a wonderful place with a wonderful host. Breakfast was really good. I loved staying there.
Next time I visit, I’m sure the construction is going to be completed, and we will have a bunch of beautiful shops right outside of the door. Overall 5++*****

We received a warm welcome at the hotel and our host was very attentive and kind - offering advice on restaurants and excursions and booking a whirling dervish event for us. Our room in this lovely Ottoman mansion was very clean and tastefully decorated and the breakfasts were delicious. Located perfectly for lots of Konya’s sites, it was also easy to reach Catalhoyuk which was a highlight of our stay.

Upon arrival it feels like you are coming home. You take off your shoes and walk through the hotel in slippers. A warm welcome, everything neat and clean and a delicious breakfast. Very friendly and helpful. Almost everything is within walking distance.

It's very close to Mevlana, and the host was very enthusiastic in explaining where to go around. Parking has its own parking lot, which is safe and convenient. As an old house converted into a B&B, it has done a great job and is absolutely clean. Make us feel at home. The only thing is that there are no other houses around, and the old houses have been demolished or not allowed to be occupied. It feels like their family is a nail-biter, haha. However, I still highly recommend staying at his home.

I went during Rumi Festival in December 2023, I had wonderful spiritual experience. one of the beautiful thing in this trip is staying in a hotel such as dervish otel for many reasons: - it took maximum 3 minutes to get the Maqam, so i can go back any time to hotel for any reason and come back easily to Maqam to continue my praying. - its enviroment close to family home, it is cosy, clean, neat and warm. the people who was handling the otel are very nice and helpful too much, we asked for the wight of my bags and surprised the manager bring me the scale to my room. - the manager of otel gave us full directions about what the best to do in konya - it is close to konya culture center and you can walk to get there where is a lot of activities - the breakfast food made by local stuff which is fresh and healthy. - I recommended to every one who want to stay in peace and calm place
