Only thing that bothered me was all staff asking for a google review by requesting to put their names on the review. Well, I think all of the staff working during my stay was good so I cannot single one out

Fantastic stay at Mersin Hilton! The hotel is right by the sea, offering stunning views. The staff provided excellent service, and the restaurant had a great variety of delicious food, including an amazing buffet

Nice hotel next to the beach, the service is good only the room had some noice from elevstor

Great service, very helpful and always smile. Especially for one particular person at restaurant who was very friendly and serve us well, thank you so much. I forgot to ask this fine young man's name, so sorry.

However, despite the temperature reaching 28-29°C, the rooms were still set to winter mode, so the air conditioning was not available. Other than that, everything was great

This is my fifth time , one of the best ! Great welcoming, nice staff , super location, great service! This hotel gives you impression that they really know how to make you happy. Really Divan is different level

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and well maintained. The food was good and fresh. I enjoyed my stay and would visit again.

I had a pleasant stay at Divan Mersin Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast offered a good variety

This is my first experience at the Divan chain & I am impressed with the service & quality. Ercan was one of the staff members who greeted us & provided exceptional service

My only issue was that the rooms had a noticeable smell of smoke, which was a bit uncomfortable. Overall, a very good experience and I would recommend this hotel

Good hotel excellent staff Great breakfast Lovely pool and gardens Very well located Would highly recommend

Absolutely normal hotel, but often smoke-filled rooms. As for Turkey and not resort region very adequate staff. Minus - no next the sea beach, sea and beach no(. Good option for business trips

The room was large with comfortable beds, water pressure strong in the shower, balcony facing the sea, etc

Otherwise staff was friendly, pool was cool and refreshing and there are several restaurants next to the hotel for food options

Other than that the hotel was good loved the Area around it walk by the beach , shopping center,and great restaurants

The patio was nice to sit on and the fact that the hotel is directly on the beach made it so comfortable to swim for long hours and rest in between on the beach chairs under the umbrellas

I didn't book earlier so all the rooms that had a direct view of the sea were unavailable so they gave us a room that had a side view from its small balcony, which was good enough

Great view, clean beach, good room service, good and cooperative staff, the food is great , recomend to try "meat sote" "çopra izgar"

SaHil Martí Hotel is a nice place in front of the Mediterranean Sea. It’s well for families or solo travelers. I recommend it.

The Wifi is great even when swimming in the sea. We checked last weekend so it was not super crowded nor empty

It was exactly like I pictured it. Finding a hotel that's directly on the beach is rare in the city center

Nice place with helpful staff in quite place contain one pool and volleyball stadium

All hotel staff were warm, friendly and responsive. The staff occasionally tried to express themselves in English while we attempted speaking Turkish. These made communication quite easier and helpful

Favourite hotel I’ve stayed at. The room was incredible, two floors. However, the breakfast was a little disappointing, as we were just given bread and lots of butter, honey and jam

The meals were tasty and our child's preference was given consideration always by the restaurant staff. V&M resort hotel is place we would love to visit again

The room and general environment were serene and quite relaxing. Our daughter loved the simple play area and forged friendship with Sila (the chow chow dog)

The hotel is very cute. The operators, the manager, the staff are very friendly and help you with every conversation. A full price performance hotel

The dining hall has an amazing view of the sea. The private beach was really nice to go to for watching sunrises.

Good location at the sea beach. Friendly personal. The facilities, especially in the bathroom, are worn out and need renovation.

Sahil Marti Otel is a beautiful place with excellent conditions in front of the Mediterranean Sea.
