Sahil Martı Hotel in Mersin

I had a very disappointing experience at Sahil Martı Hotel. The reception lady was unable to speak or understand English at all, which made communication difficult and frustrating. When we arrived, we were given a room that we didn't even realize was the wrong one until we returned at night.

The room itself was in poor condition. When we turned on the AC to heat, it started making loud noises, making it hard to sleep. The cleanliness was also below standard, and the walls were poorly painted with visible peeling and marks. The toilet was in very bad condition and was dirty. Additionally, the TV didn't work at all.

However, the breakfast was fine and had a lot of variety, which was a positive aspect of our stay.

The whole hotel needs to be renovated. Based on my experience, I would rate it less than 1 if I could. It seemed like we had to complain in order to get a room change, but the staff quickly moved us to a different room after raising the issues. Overall, not a pleasant stay, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The rooms are small, the staff is uninterested, no one knows anything. I definitely do not recommend it. It is a shame for the money you pay. It is not clear whether it is a wedding hall or a hotel. You cannot sleep because of the noise of the wedding until late hours. While you are trying to pass through the beach while a wedding is going on, you are passing through the wedding in bikinis and swimsuits. There are no lifeguards. It does not even deserve a star.
