Everything was amazing, im so glad i chose this hotel, definitely will choose it again

The room floor was not very clean 😕 — when walking barefoot my feet became dirty from the dust. Also, there was a small design flaw in the bathroom floor and the décor felt a bit uncomfortable. On the bright side 🌞, the hotel itself is beautiful, the staff were super friendly 😊, and the view was absolutely stunning 🌊🌴.

I think mini bar should be filled for emergency cases!

Fantastic stay at Mersin Hilton! The hotel is right by the sea, offering stunning views. The staff provided excellent service, and the restaurant had a great variety of delicious food, including an amazing buffet. However, despite the temperature reaching 28-29°C, the rooms were still set to winter mode, so the air conditioning was not available. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended

This is my fifth time , one of the best ! Great welcoming, nice staff , super location, great service! This hotel gives you impression that they really know how to make you happy . Really Divan is different level .. hat up ! Special thanks to SADIK , Nurcan amazing staff and all of the team .

We went to roof 14 by divan and the view was incredible. Had dinner and Egehan was serving us. He was amazing and he took amazing care of us and was very attentive! Also gave us some food suggestions.

Perfect Service from Egehan in Rooftop14! He was very fast and on point with all our wishes. I felt very good. Definitely would recommend to everybody! :) Loved the Service!

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and well maintained. The food was good and fresh. I enjoyed my stay and would visit again.

This is my first experience at the Divan chain & I am impressed with the service & quality. Ercan was one of the staff members who greeted us & provided exceptional service. You did a great job picking top notch ambassadors for your hotel brand. Keep up the great work.

Reception does not help us. They discriminate between people.

Great place to stay if ur just driving through like us. Not for a holiday stay but more like a rest stop. Friendly staff especially the valet and the restaurant staff. Check in staff was also nice but checking out time the lady was not very friendly. Rooms are tiny but enough. Quality of blankets can be improved. Shower was hot and perfect. Breakfast quality was good too. Overall a nice hotel.

I booked this for my family, not for myself. They said the bathroom was very simple. For this price, you can stay in a five-star hotel in China. I hope the price will drop in the future.

My room has a sea view, the view is great

The overall environment is OK. I am quite satisfied. The front desk English is poor. They don't issue invoices. I have asked them but they haven't given them yet.

Perfect place. I recommend. Especially the room with the jacuzzi.

Excellent hotel, pools and spa. My mom was super pleased with an aroma massage. Food (breakfast and supper) was so tasty couldn't even try it all. So many choices it was there. Great view from the balcony and beautiful fascinating nature.

So this hotel was nice because of the food and quality and also the fun the beds were cleaner than other hotels and the disco was also fun! My family and I enjoyed this place

I discovered the Aegean hotel, it's affordable and clean, there is no need to explain, I need to go and see it, thank you, Aegean hotel managers, I hope my way to Mersin again This is where I will stay if I fall. 🙋🏻‍♂️

We only checked into the third room shown. The rooms are cleaned daily, and we're very happy with the cleaning staff. When we asked about connecting to the internet at the service desk, it took half an hour for them to resolve the issue, as the standard access code using our passport number or room number wasn't working. Very good location. Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was increadibly testy and there was a lot of variety.

NAVONA is the best and most excellent hotel I have ever stayed. Hakan bey the general manager, Sevgi hanım the receptionist are real good professionals. All staff are very successful in customer relations. It is a hotel where you can always stay safely.

Present hotel in Mercin Overall, the hotel was pleasant. It was situated in a great location, close to the Forum Shopping Centre. The staff members were friendly, and the room was nice and comfortable, though it needed some maintenance. The power outlet on the balcony was hanging off the wall. I booked two rooms, and my friend was given a disabled room, room 107. The shower head in room 117 is broken.

Clean hotel, good service. Clean room. Breakfast variety was good and sufficient.

The room is decent and the location is suitable for going to the port for business.

The bedding was so-so, but everything else was fine.

The service staff is warm and thoughtful, the surrounding life is convenient, and it is not far from the beach

Hotel Nobel in Mersin has a great location, but it doesn’t justify the price. The rooms are clean but very noisy, making it hard to rest. Breakfast is extremely basic, with very few options. Overall, if not for the central location, there’s little reason to stay here.

So, in itself it was "okay," but here's the big BUT. The food tasted good, but the service wasn't quite what I expected. BECAUSE when I was showering, I wanted to dry my hair with the hairdryer, and suddenly I got an electric shock! Because the cables weren't sealed and were frayed. So, as far as safety is concerned, it falls far short of my expectations.

From the front desk personnel to all the staff at the hotel, they were very helpful, very alert in trying to please, the chef was amazing with all the requested meals as my sister has many allergies. The room was large with comfortable beds, water pressure strong in the shower, balcony facing the sea, etc. Glad we stayed here.

The place seems so spread out and you are constantly going up or down stairs to get anywhere in the hotel. Definitely handicap friendly. Otherwise staff was friendly, pool was cool and refreshing and there are several restaurants next to the hotel for food options

I understood why the price was cheap. 1. The shower bathroom drainage was terrible. Smelled bad 2. There was this club downstairs, the noise was in the hotel room and continued to midnight. Had no rest until it stopped late at night.

Clean hotel, in good overall condition, friendly and helpful staff; good breakfast.

It was exactly like I pictured it. Finding a hotel that's directly on the beach is rare in the city center. The location was perfect for us since our aim was not to stay in the hotel all day but get a chance to explore the city and dine in the well known restaurants. The rooms were clean and super convenient. I didn't book earlier so all the rooms that had a direct view of the sea were unavailable...

SaHil Martí Hotel is a nice place in front of the Mediterranean Sea. It’s well for families or solo travelers. I recommend it.

Sahil Marti Otel is a beautiful place with excellent conditions in front of the Mediterranean Sea.

The dining hall has an amazing view of the sea. The private beach was really nice to go to for watching sunrises.

Too expensive but food is great

Stayed one night on our way back from Cappadocia. Internet is stable, breakfast is good, rooms are clean. To the sea to go quite far. In general, its money is worth it.

I had a 6-day stay at the hotel with 10 16-year old pupils and another teacher for and Erasmus mobility. We all felt at ease and comfortable. Staff at the waiting on and at the reception were genuinely kind, highly supportive and pupils found them funny and friendly. I highly recommend the hotel too for the copious and mouthwatering food.

My stay here was really nice, recomended by Vasfi Celic the staff was amazing attended to my need and very helpful, a very comfortable stay. I definitly recomend a booking at this hotel.

Very pleasant stay at Marde hotel, all of the staff were absolutely amazing and very accommodating to all of my needs. They went above and beyond on multiple occasions.
