3 star hotels in Mersin

Just 1 bad thing before i arrived i sent message to the hotel request of twin bed so they should know that we are 2 persons When we arrived they charge us 70$ extra

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an upgrade to a big room, which was great! Nice breakfast buffet. The bathroom needs some investment, but it all works fine.

Been there twice in two weeks. Very clean and fair room size. The location of the hotel is also very good. They also had a good breakfast. All of this with a reasonable price.

I got smoked cigaret in the room. The room was good, decorated and clean. But towels were old, and they lost their cotton.

Lots of hair in my bathroom and pillows with a very bad smell coming from closet. Breakfast is fine, parking available. Street view rooms are noisy.

The place is about a 15-20 minute walk east from Mersin Station (even though it's on the train line, I couldn't hear the trains). I think the price is reasonable for a private room. There are few restaurants in the area that serve alcohol, so you'll have to go far away. It's too far to walk, and there are few taxis, so it may be inconvenient for people who drink alcohol. The staff were very kind and guided me to a place where I could buy alcohol in the evening.

The hotel is nice and clean, cumfortable beds. Only issues are the internet very slow otherwise good service.

The staffs were very helpful.the accommodation conditions was poor.rooms smells and very hot.the AC was noisy. I recommend the locations.

Honestly, this hotel is pretty good for a foreign country; it can't compare to hotels in China. To be nitpicky, they might have a few minor issues in various aspects, but overall, the stay was quite pleasant. As for service, Turkish hotels generally have very good service attitudes. Highly recommended.

First of all, the room was clean, the air conditioner was blowing cold air nicely. I expected there to be shampoo and shower gel in small boxes in the shower cabin. There was only 1 hand towel in the room, and it was lying around haphazardly. It wasn't folded, so I couldn't use it because I wasn't sure if it was used or washed. Breakfast was ok, plumbing was tired, there were problems with wi-fi.

The room is not big, but clean. There are problems with the plumbing, the watering can is leaking and so is the faucet in the shower.

I would love to give them a better rating, but unfortunately, they allowed another customer to leave with most of my laundry. The room was nice, I checked in early, and they immediately helped me. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only problem is that Mersin city center is a long walk away, and minibuses pass nearby. The first stop for minibuses to Tarsus is very close to the hotel. There are two doors, and I entered and exited through the first door at the back. That can be a bit unsettling. We received a warm welcome. For us, it was a one-night stopover. So everything went well.

Compared to other hotels, the breakfast variety was a bit more extensive. The location is also 50 meters from the main street, and buses are constantly passing by. The city center is 10 minutes from Forum Mersin. The staff is friendly. I would recommend it.

Nice hotel with kind staff and good food but rooms in a need of urgent repairs, for example: hair dryer wasn't working, shower cubicle was leaking and there were some mould patches in the bathroom.

I stayed on the 4th floor. The room and lighting were nice. The bed and linens were good. Air conditioning was working. Bathroom with classic shower. There was no toilet paper. The balcony was good with mountain and city views, but the chair was dirty, I cleaned it myself. The neighborhood seems troubled, but it is suitable for those who are looking for a place to sleep. There is hot water. Air conditioning TV etc available. They also serve breakfast in the morning. I paid 80 TL for the price. April 2019.

Lovely hotel we had a lux suite ,staff very helpfull and printed some of our travel documents , also a nice Turkish style buffet breakfast. The rooms look as good as in the pictures unlike others.
