Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, clean room, great view of harbour, reasonable cost, easy parking. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. What a nice experience. Our third visit here an we look forward to the next time.

It's a fairly clean Ramada hotel, but the price has gotten a bit expensive.

We only checked into the third room shown. The rooms are cleaned daily, and we're very happy with the cleaning staff. When we asked about connecting to the internet at the service desk, it took half an hour for them to resolve the issue, as the standard access code using our passport number or room number wasn't working. Present hotel in Mercin Overall, the hotel was pleasant. It was situated in a great location, close to the Forum Shopping Centre. The staff members were friendly, and the room was nice and comfortable, though it needed some maintenance. The power outlet on the balcony was hanging off the wall. Breakfast was acceptable but could have offered a few better hot food options instead of just fried items

I booked two rooms, and my friend was given a disabled room, room 107. The shower head in room 117 is broken.

Clean hotel, good service. Clean room. Breakfast variety was good and sufficient.

The room is decent and the location is suitable for going to the port for business.

The bedding was so-so, but everything else was fine.

The service staff is warm and thoughtful, the surrounding life is convenient, and it is not far from the beach

Hotel Nobel in Mersin has a great location, but it doesn’t justify the price. The rooms are clean but very noisy, making it hard to rest. Breakfast is extremely basic, with very few options. Overall, if not for the central location, there’s little reason to stay here.

So, in itself it was "okay," but here's the big BUT. The food tasted good, but the service wasn't quite what I expected. BECAUSE when I was showering, I wanted to dry my hair with the hairdryer, and suddenly I got an electric shock! Because the cables weren't sealed and were frayed. So, as far as safety is concerned, it falls far short of my expectations.

From the front desk personnel to all the staff at the hotel, they were very helpful, very alert in trying to please, the chef was amazing with all the requested meals as my sister has many allergies. The room was large with comfortable beds, water pressure strong in the shower, balcony facing the sea, etc. Glad we stayed here.

The place seems so spread out and you are constantly going up or down stairs to get anywhere in the hotel. Definitely handicap friendly. Otherwise staff was friendly, pool was cool and refreshing and there are several restaurants next to the hotel for food options

I understood why the price was cheap. 1. The shower bathroom drainage was terrible. Smelled bad 2. There was this club downstairs, the noise was in the hotel room and continued to midnight. Had no rest until it stopped late at night.

It was exactly like I pictured it. Finding a hotel that's directly on the beach is rare in the city center. The location was perfect for us since our aim was not to stay in the hotel all day but get a chance to explore the city and dine in the well known restaurants. The rooms were clean and super convenient. I didn't book earlier so all the rooms that had a direct view of the sea were unavailable...

SaHil Martí Hotel is a nice place in front of the Mediterranean Sea. It’s well for families or solo travelers. I recommend it.

Too expensive but food is great

Stayed one night on our way back from Cappadocia. Internet is stable, breakfast is good, rooms are clean. To the sea to go quite far. In general, its money is worth it.

I had a 6-day stay at the hotel with 10 16-year old pupils and another teacher for and Erasmus mobility. We all felt at ease and comfortable. Staff at the waiting on and at the reception were genuinely kind, highly supportive and pupils found them funny and friendly. I highly recommend the hotel too for the copious and mouthwatering food.

Very pleasant stay at Marde hotel, all of the staff were absolutely amazing and very accommodating to all of my needs. They went above and beyond on multiple occasions.
