The room floor was not very clean 😕 — when walking barefoot my feet became dirty from the dust. Also, there was a small design flaw in the bathroom floor and the décor felt a bit uncomfortable. On the bright side 🌞, the hotel itself is beautiful, the staff were super friendly 😊, and the view was absolutely stunning 🌊🌴.

I think mini bar should be filled for emergency cases!

Fantastic stay at Mersin Hilton! The hotel is right by the sea, offering stunning views. The staff provided excellent service, and the restaurant had a great variety of delicious food, including an amazing buffet. However, despite the temperature reaching 28-29°C, the rooms were still set to winter mode, so the air conditioning was not available. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended

We went to roof 14 by divan and the view was incredible. Had dinner and Egehan was serving us. He was amazing and he took amazing care of us and was very attentive! Also gave us some food suggestions.

Excellent hotel, pools and spa. My mom was super pleased with an aroma massage. Food (breakfast and supper) was so tasty couldn't even try it all. So many choices it was there. Great view from the balcony and beautiful fascinating nature.

A real countryside hotel, with nice staff very friendly and professional, the breakfast is amazing with much variety and options, you can find a lot of facilities for all the family or in a business stay. When in Mersin you should try this hotel.

Great place to stay if ur just driving through like us. Not for a holiday stay but more like a rest stop. Friendly staff especially the valet and the restaurant staff. Check in staff was also nice but checking out time the lady was not very friendly. Rooms are tiny but enough. Quality of blankets can be improved. Shower was hot and perfect. Breakfast quality was good too. Overall a nice hotel.

I booked this for my family, not for myself. They said the bathroom was very simple. For this price, you can stay in a five-star hotel in China. I hope the price will drop in the future.

Present hotel in Mercin Overall, the hotel was pleasant. It was situated in a great location, close to the Forum Shopping Centre. The staff members were friendly, and the room was nice and comfortable, though it needed some maintenance. The power outlet on the balcony was hanging off the wall. Breakfast was acceptable but could have offered a few better hot food options instead of just fried items

Hotel Nobel in Mersin has a great location, but it doesn’t justify the price. The rooms are clean but very noisy, making it hard to rest. Breakfast is extremely basic, with very few options. Overall, if not for the central location, there’s little reason to stay here.

So, in itself it was "okay," but here's the big BUT. The food tasted good, but the service wasn't quite what I expected. BECAUSE when I was showering, I wanted to dry my hair with the hairdryer, and suddenly I got an electric shock! Because the cables weren't sealed and were frayed. So, as far as safety is concerned, it falls far short of my expectations.

From the front desk personnel to all the staff at the hotel, they were very helpful, very alert in trying to please, the chef was amazing with all the requested meals as my sister has many allergies. The room was large with comfortable beds, water pressure strong in the shower, balcony facing the sea, etc. Glad we stayed here.

The place seems so spread out and you are constantly going up or down stairs to get anywhere in the hotel. Definitely handicap friendly. Otherwise staff was friendly, pool was cool and refreshing and there are several restaurants next to the hotel for food options

I understood why the price was cheap. 1. The shower bathroom drainage was terrible. Smelled bad 2. There was this club downstairs, the noise was in the hotel room and continued to midnight. Had no rest until it stopped late at night.

I got smoked cigaret in the room. The room was good, decorated and clean. But towels were old, and they lost their cotton.

There are few restaurants in the area that serve alcohol, so you'll have to go far away. It's too far to walk, and there are few taxis, so it may be inconvenient for people who drink alcohol. The staff were very kind and guided me to a place where I could buy alcohol in the evening.

It was exactly like I pictured it. Finding a hotel that's directly on the beach is rare in the city center. The location was perfect for us since our aim was not to stay in the hotel all day but get a chance to explore the city and dine in the well known restaurants. SaHil Martí Hotel is a nice place in front of the Mediterranean Sea. It’s well for families or solo travelers. I recommend it.

Honestly, this hotel is pretty good for a foreign country; it can't compare to hotels in China. To be nitpicky, they might have a few minor issues in various aspects, but overall, the stay was quite pleasant. As for service, Turkish hotels generally have very good service attitudes. First of all, the room was clean, the air conditioner was blowing cold air nicely. I expected there to be shampoo and shower gel in small boxes in the shower cabin. There was only 1 hand towel in the room, and it was lying around haphazardly. It wasn't folded, so I couldn't use it because I wasn't sure if it was used or washed. I think there should have been an extra shower towel. There were no tissues...

Breakfast was ok, plumbing was tired, there were problems with wi-fi.

The room is not big, but clean. There are problems with the plumbing, the watering can is leaking and so is the faucet in the shower.

The room was nice, I checked in early, and they immediately helped me. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only problem is that Mersin city center is a long walk away, and minibuses pass nearby. Compared to other hotels, the breakfast variety was a bit more extensive. The location is also 50 meters from the main street, and buses are constantly passing by. The city center is 10 minutes from Forum Mersin. The staff is friendly. I would recommend it.
