Bayazhan Hotel ve Restaurant in Gaziantep

Great hotel, terrible management!!!
I booked two rooms for three people 10 days in advance. My wife, a mutual female friend, and I came from Istanbul to Gaziantep for a gastronomic trip. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist said that our reservation hadn't been written in the book, that another employee might have forgotten, and that there was only one room left. While we were waiting for a solution, she even offered to put a bed in the room if we wanted. We might as well all three of us sleep in one bed. The receptionist showed no embarrassment whatsoever. There was an air of nonchalance, as if they had encountered this many times before. Later, when she said another customer would be arriving that night, I said, "Then give them their room." We settled into the hotel. It would be better if the reception worked via computer instead of like a grocery store ledger. Also, the receptionists should receive training in customer relations. What does it mean to say "stay in the same room"? It's a huge disrespect. Furthermore, we weren't informed that breakfast wasn't included. We paid extra for breakfast. But the breakfast was very good. The restaurant staff were very polite and helpful. Who does renovation work at the crack of dawn on a Sunday? I woke up to the sound of renovation work at the crack of dawn on a Sunday. Thankfully, the hotel has security who somehow speed things up. If you want to sleep after 7 am or before 11:30 pm, I recommend you don't go. Pros:
