The hotel cafe is excellent... on the second floor of the hotel, it's a spacious and beautiful place... the prices are a little above average, but not too expensive. The atmosphere is nice, I like it. I also toured the interior of the hotel because my guest was staying at the hotel. I really liked the concept... even the normal rooms have kitchens... I think the most important thing is that there is a hairdresser at the side entrance of this hotel; hairdresser Ugur, in my opinion, is the best hairdresser in Antep, perhaps one of the few good hairdressers in Turkey. Her salon is the cleanest, customers always choose... the price is a little expensive compared to other hairdressers, but she definitely deserves it. An impeccable hair salon...

Hello, I've stayed in hundreds of hotels for the first time, and this is my first time in Gaziantep. I'm currently staying at this hotel. It's one of the top three hotels I've stayed at. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, eager to help, the rooms are spacious, very clean, and the quality of the materials is excellent. TVs, large-screen LED TVs, a spa, and more are available. The prices are reasonable. We're staying as a family. They allocated a corner suite for 269 TL with breakfast. I looked at nearby hotels, and it's impossible to find a place of this quality. I would recommend this to my friends.

One of the fantastic hotels I have ever visited. Very quick check-in. Superb & beautiful room with all facilities. Neat bathroom with full amenities. Greatly comfortable. Above all, an amazing 100/100 breakfast. Perfect. You must visit if you are in Gaziantep.

The service is absolutely top-tier, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable – for example, they helped us book taxis and even recommended great places to visit in the area. Okezz, the reception manager, was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay.

The room service was exceptional, and the cleaners came every day to tidy up the room. Everything was spotless and well-maintained.

The breakfast buffet was also great, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone’s taste.

They also had a swimming pool with a steam room and sauna that was kept nice and clean.

Overall, the cleanliness, comfort, and quality of service were outstanding. Highly recommend Shimall Hotel for anyone visiting the city!

No receptionist after midnight and they turn off the lights of lobby which makes me feel unsafe. Hotel staff using same elevator with gueast but they never let you get in elevator when they are using. Very unprofessional. I can not believe How they get 5 star!

The hotel was nice and the rooms spacious and clean. The bed was relatively comfortable but the pillows stiff. A breakfast buffet was included and had a large assortment of food. The location is convenient with a 10 min taxi to most spots. The staff were all very friendly.

Consistently Outstanding: Shimal Hotel is the Best
This is my third time staying at Shimal Hotel , and once again, it was an excellent experience. The hotel continues to impress with its top-notch service, large and comfortable rooms, and attention to detail. It truly is the best in town, and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Special thanks to Ms. Ireme and Mr. Okkes for their exceptional hospitality, looking forward to my next visit!
