The room was clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was good.

If I could give less than one star, I would rate it -5. The air conditioner didn’t work — it was a nightmare in the heat, and sleeping was unbearable. The staff didn’t speak English and the service was terrible. They ignored us completely. The place was dirty and smelled awful 🤮. The only decent thing was the breakfast — it wasn’t bad.

The room cleaning is great, the comfort is also quite good.
But they have some strange staff who enter the room without knocking! I don't think it is a hotel that deserves 5 stars.

Reasonably good stay but the A/C didn’t work well
It is a very good hotel, clean, with attentive staff (especially Mr. Hasan at the front). Parking is available at the back. But the air conditioning did not work well for some reason in our room even when we dropped the setpoint down to 18°C). It became unbearably hot (27°C) in our room. We needed to open our window in order to cool it down overnight, which seems like a ghetto thing to have to do in such a high-class hotel. Very strange. But otherwise a reasonably good stay.
