The valet is free so that's nice.
One of the room's shower was broken with a missing glass panel. When we asked for a discount upon our check-out, the staff blamed us for not calling technical services or requesting a room change, even though this was almost at midnight and we were too tired to move rooms at that point.
They refused any compensation and were not willing to budge. Not even a free breakfast...
Overall, the way the issue was handled was very disappointing, and we will not be returning to this hotel.
We stayed for one night. Check in and check out was smooth. Valet service was available as we came and went on arrival, during the day and the next day while sightseeing. The room had a complimentary fruit bowl on arrival as well as the usual tea and coffee facilities. It would have been nice to have actual ceramic cups rather than disposable cups but we didn’t ask to be fair. Staff at reception were very welcoming and accommodating. Iron and ironing board provided on request. Brought chilled water bottles on day of checking out in addition to what was already in the room. Would definitely stay again.
The hotel is lovely, modern, clean and comfortable. The location is convenient. Staff are very professional. Be prepared to show your room key and let them confirm the number of guests before they let you into the breakfast hall. The food at breakfast was varied, plentiful and delicious. We didn’t have time to use the pool, which was our only regret as it looked nice.

This is one of the better hotels in Antep and has spacous rooms and is relatively clean. The staff were nice and the parking is free. You will need to use taxi or a car to move around as it is not located in the downtown area.
This hotel was great. Valet parking and porter to carry luggage. The room was modern and fresh. A plate of fruit and cookies was brought to my room as a welcome. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Got a great dinner recommendation from the porter. Lots of variety at breakfast. VIP treatment for a very reasonable room price.
We had a wonderful experience and Ökkeş and Nazli helped the stay be more pleasant. They are very helpful and friendly
