Lovely stay in comfort We stayed for one night. Check in and check out was smooth. Valet service was available as we came and went on arrival, during the day and the next day while sightseeing. The room had a complimentary fruit bowl on arrival as well as the usual tea and coffee facilities. It would have been nice to have actual ceramic cups rather than disposable cups but we didn’t ask to be fair...

One of the best The hotel is lovely, modern, clean and comfortable. The location is convenient. Staff are very professional. Be prepared to show your room key and let them confirm the number of guests before they let you into the breakfast hall. The food at breakfast was varied, plentiful and delicious. We didn’t have time to use the pool, which was our only regret as it looked nice.

Good condition but not friendly reception staff The reception staff was not very friendly. Especially the female staff. The staff who brought the towels and the parking attendants were very friendly. The refrigerator in the room did not work well, which was inconvenient. The room condition was good, so we were able to stay comfortably.

We stayed in the suite room they upgraded it without extra charge because we came from a long road and we were abit stressed. The food is great the hospitality very good. If your a gym person then it definitely has a exceptional gym to workout. Valet parking free We done a late checkout and they were very helpful with that also. So for me hands down 5 star treatment 🙏🏾

The breakfast offered at Divan Hotel was very enjoyable. We especially enjoyed being served by Ramazan, an extremely attentive server, with a big smile on his face.

Every single member of staff I had the pleasure of meeting were wonderful and very accommodating. Additionally, the food and service (from the breakfast to room service) was five star no matter what the time or day. Thank you for a superb experience!

Fantastic place. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Very clean place and a few areas to relax. Breakfast was excellent and the rooftop restaurant a real stand out. With 360 views and a reasonable menu. Service was first class. Apart from a la carte they also have buffet type on weekends. The checking procedure was fast track. A 7 euro taxi will take you to the highlights like Mozaic museum

After spending 7 days there in June 2023 I can tell you that it is ok for the environment. Beds are ok. AC DOES NOT WORK SOME ROOM because I change the room once and sounds from city view can be heard. I don't usually write review but at the reception there is a women called Esra that is just horrible and impolite I do not know why she works there but has the worts attitude toward people of color...

Great and kind staff at convenience location. Building itself looks very well constructed and inspected 2times in the past. This information was useful and comfortable to select this hotel after huge earthquakes. The room including shower was so clean. The bed was big and fresh for 2 persons and feel good.

The room was clean and comfortable, though the window was a bit noisy. The front desk was very friendly and helpful in finding bus routes. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of side dishes and main dishes, and the fruit was sweet. It's a bit far from the city center, but there's a train service just downstairs. Recommended!

I have stayed at the Yilmazoglu Park Hotel many times in the past years, sometimes for extended periods. I like the fact that it is family owned, and I have met several of the extended family. In my experience the staff are very friendly and obliging in responding to requests. The rooms are clean and spacious, and on the upper floors there is a nice panoramic view. Parking is available, but the lack of direct access from the parking lot to the hotel was a bit annoying, so we didn't even use it. The room was quite small for three people, and the tables and everything were very dusty. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was nice and the rooms spacious and clean. The bed was relatively comfortable but the pillows stiff. A breakfast buffet was included and had a large assortment of food. The location is convenient with a 10 min taxi to most spots. The staff were all very friendly.

The hotel is so quiet, and clean

Comfortable but not professional enough The staff did all what they could to accommodate us. I think the management was not as flexible as them we wanted to get normal receipts for our payment and it took so long and very difficult to make. I even thought we stayed there illegally from how hard to was to get a receipt . Any way they did their best i just assume that their system is need to be reversed

I was very pleased with my wife and our 5-night stay. Everything was better than I expected. We were very pleased with the kind attention and friendly behavior of all the hotel staff. Reasonably good stay but the A/C didn’t work well It is a very good hotel, clean, with attentive staff (especially Mr. Hasan at the front). Parking is available at the back. But the air conditioning did not work well for some reason in our room even when we dropped the setpoint down to 18°C). It became unbearably hot (27°C) in our room. We needed to open our window in order to cool it down overnight...

Rooms are ok. But they didn't provided AC. They rarely speak English To do laundry we need to followup a lot. Not suitable for 4 star. Restaurant staffs where very nice.

City Center base hotel, lovely and supportive team, good prices including breakfast, has multiple facilities either sports, Turkish Hamam, or even wedding salon. Good for short and long term residence.

Very good location nd very reasonable prices and wonderful staff

The rooms are clean and spacious, albeit a little dark at times due to the light bulbs, the AC is working properly and the bathroom is mostly good with little spots where the bathroom is showing it's age. There is a liquid soap dispenser which is a nice plus and a nice shower. Unfortunately the TV was not working but if you don't mind that it is overall a good experience

Quiet, upscale hotel, great staff, excellent breakfast

The room is large, comfortable and clean. The breakfast is relatively simple compared to other Double Tree hotels. Because the hotel is next to the road, it feels noisy when sleeping at night.

Hotel personnel is very friendly. There was a no smoking indication in the room but it smelled a bit of smoking. Breakfast is very good , and Great service at the restaurant ! Tasting the Turkish wine is a must and service is so good!

Rooms are clean but the furniture is quite old , windows are not clean. The beds are two connected by small beds , I could not sleep all night due to that even I chosed king bed, until morning I had to change the room. There is no swimming pool in also. For the high price I paied I thought much better service I will get but unfortunately cheaper hotels are much better.

Location is very convenient, near the Mosaic Museum, Archeological Museum and Forum shopping mall. Rooms are clean and all facilities work perfectly. Best choice for this money in Gaziantep!

Average hotel with high security. Suitable for families

This hotel is a bit depressing and sure needs a lot of renovations. You will notice the moment you get to the reception. Nevertheless, the location is great (10 min walk from the center) and once we got to the room, the feeling is better. If you don't smoke, make sure to ask for a non smoking room. Decent cleanliness as well. It is what is it: an Ibis that becomes just a place to sleep. The staff barely...

I'll keep it short, 6/7 out of 10. Two nights on a half-board basis is a reasonable stay; anything more would be too much. There's no pool for conservative women. There's only an indoor thermal pool for men, women, and families. There are many shortcomings, but the positives are good, however, there's no need for too much detail. It was incredibly beautiful...the food was fantastic...the aqua park was clean...the atmosphere was pleasant...the thermal baths were equally clean and peaceful...I can say I loved it. I'll post a video if I can...there's never a queue in the restaurant...the staff are friendly...for example, everything we ordered arrived in our room very quickly...I will definitely come again.

This is great location in the country side, outside the busy atmosphere of Gaziantep city. The place has a spa with thermal baths. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially the senior management were trying their best to assist with any need. Food we ate at the restaurant (both near the hotel as well as the one opposite side of the road) were great. This is second time I've stayed, overall hotel is good, good location, service, breakfast but i don't find their bed comfortable. Secondly their bedrooms are outdated and not very modern. They need to upgrade their rooms.

Perfectly located hotel with good amenities and clean rooms. Friendly smiling staff with especially a note to Mr. Mustafa (or Mustafa abi) gives superb personal attention in making you feel comfortable and at home. Coming here for the 2nd time and I am sure that many more visits will follow.

This was such a wonderful place to stay! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and very welcoming. Parking was available, which made things so convenient. The hotel is also just a short distance from the main tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Gaziantep and highly recommend it to others.

Very good hotel near city's centre

Facilities and pics needs updating Decent hotel with a central location close to the basar, and spacious rooms. Major drawback: there is no sauna, no gym, no rooftop restaurant or bar. Pictures and description is not correct and needs updating. These facilities were part of my search filter, so would actually not have considered this place if I knew. Not good.

The hotel is in a non-descript area. Very limited dining options within 15-20 minutes walking distance. The worst thing was that 4 out of 5 floors of the hotel are designated as smoking, and the rooms smell pretty badly (we had 2 rooms and they smelled just the same).

Yes, it's very convenient. I stayed here for several nights on a business trip. The transportation is convenient, and it's very convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel's service attitude is also very good and they will take the initiative to help customers.

In general, it is an above average hotel. Low-rise, with parking, very close to the mosque for those interested. It was clean and the breakfast was good. However, it would be a lie if I said that I didn't have any problems because the siphon was broken. They also need to remove the plastic flower in the room. What is a plastic flower for God's sake?
