This is second time I've stayed, overall hotel is good, good location, service, breakfast but i don't find their bed comfortable. Secondly their bedrooms are outdated and not very modern. They need to upgrade their rooms.

This was such a wonderful place to stay! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and very welcoming. Parking was available, which made things so convenient. The hotel is also just a short distance from the main tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Gaziantep and highly recommend it to others.

Perfectly located hotel with good amenities and clean rooms. Friendly smiling staff with especially a note to Mr. Mustafa (or Mustafa abi) gives superb personal attention in making you feel comfortable and at home.

Coming here for the 2nd time and I am sure that many more visits will follow.

This hotel is perfect for families . Nice rooms and big clean. Close to the city centre. Just next to shopping mall. Friendly staff. I would recommend it.Mukemmel otel . Genis ve guzel odalar. Kibar personel. Tavsiye ederim. Tam aileler icin.

Amazing experience at the Novotel. We were so satisfied with the service and cheerful staff members. Especially, Mustafa Bey, helped us during our stay. His support was priceless. This hotel deserves all the credits. Amazing breakfast too I must say. Great swimming pool by the breakfast area.

It was amazing experience with Novotel Gaziantep. I highly recommend you visit this excellent hotel. I witnessed calm representation and comfortable atmosphere in rooms. A good bed, a great shower and tasty breakfast. All that you can wish for when staying at a hotel. The hotel itselfs is located about a ten minute walk from the old city center and castle.
