4 star hotels in Gaziantep

One of the fantastic hotels I have ever visited. Very quick check-in. Superb & beautiful room with all facilities. Neat bathroom with full amenities. Greatly comfortable. Above all, an amazing 100/100 breakfast. Perfect. You must visit if you are in Gaziantep.

We were new to Gaziantep, and Tuğba Bakır gave us wonderful suggestions for sightseeing. She made us feel like locals!

The first person we met at the hotel was Tuğba Bakır. Her positive energy gave us the best first impression. Shimall Hotel is lucky to have her.

Even late at night, Tuğba Bakır welcomed us with the same warmth and smile. After a long trip, that kindness meant a lot.

The hotel was nice and the rooms spacious and clean. The bed was relatively comfortable but the pillows stiff. A breakfast buffet was included and had a large assortment of food. The location is convenient with a 10 min taxi to most spots. The staff were all very friendly.

The hotel was old, it was not five star hotel, no swimming pool, poor services and poor breakfast

Quiet, upscale hotel, great staff, excellent breakfast

The room is large, comfortable and clean. The breakfast is relatively simple compared to other Double Tree hotels. Because the hotel is next to the road, it feels noisy when sleeping at night.

Hotel personnel is very friendly. There was a no smoking indication in the room but it smelled a bit of smoking. Breakfast is very good , and Great service at the restaurant ! Tasting the Turkish wine is a must and service is so good!

This is a hotel I frequently choose; I'm happy with all of it: friendly staff, a satisfactory buffet breakfast, free private parking, free spa facilities, etc.

The hotel is located very close to the city centre and to major roads, it was very easy to reach Suite rooms are decent in size and the amenities are good, with very decent price I am sleeping here tonight and for my next visit in Gaziantep I would use it again

This is second time I've stayed, overall hotel is good, good location, service, breakfast but i don't find their bed comfortable. Secondly their bedrooms are outdated and not very modern. They need to upgrade their rooms.

Perfectly located hotel with good amenities and clean rooms. Friendly smiling staff with especially a note to Mr. Mustafa (or Mustafa abi) gives superb personal attention in making you feel comfortable and at home. Coming here for the 2nd time and I am sure that many more visits will follow.

This was such a wonderful place to stay! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and very welcoming. Parking was available, which made things so convenient. The hotel is also just a short distance from the main tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Gaziantep and highly recommend it to others.

Amazing experience at the Novotel. We were so satisfied with the service and cheerful staff members. Especially, Mustafa Bey, helped us during our stay. His support was priceless. It is an okay hotel when needed urgently, as it is of average quality, but during my search and stay in Gaziantep, I found much better hotels at the same cost.

Very good hotel near city's centre

Facilities and pics needs updating Decent hotel with a central location close to the basar, and spacious rooms. Major drawback: there is no sauna, no gym, no rooftop restaurant or bar. Pictures and description is not correct and needs updating. These facilities were part of my search filter, so would actually not have considered this place if I knew. Not good.

The price is good Cleanliness is average They have private parking which is a bonus. Breakfast buffet was very good .

tv doesn't work in my room, and the internet is horrible. other than that, breakfast was okay.

Rooms are ok. But they didn't provided AC. They rarely speak English To do laundry we need to followup a lot. Not suitable for 4 star. Restaurant staffs where very nice.

vi bokade två rum för vi var en större familj och det jag såg när jag kom fram var att rummen var bredvid varandra och det gick en dörr mellan rummen, ena rummet hade dessutom ett vardagsrum så det blev rymligt och stort till ett bra pris!

City Center base hotel, lovely and supportive team, good prices including breakfast, has multiple facilities either sports, Turkish Hamam, or even wedding salon. Good for short and long term residence.

Very good location nd very reasonable prices and wonderful staff

The rooms are clean and spacious, albeit a little dark at times due to the light bulbs, the AC is working properly and the bathroom is mostly good with little spots where the bathroom is showing it's age. There is a liquid soap dispenser which is a nice plus and a nice shower. Unfortunately the TV was not working but if you don't mind that it is overall a good experience

Fast and easy check in, room cleaned to high standard…bed very comfy - room had everything we needed. Breakfast very good - all the usual staples. A nice outdoor terrace was available to sit on weather permitting. A pleasant one night stay whilst on a tour of Türkiye.

THE HOTEL HAS A GOOD LOCATION. THERE WAS A DIFFICULTY IN PARKING. THE VALET SERVICE WAS GOOD. THERE COULD BE MORE VARIETY OF TEA SERVED IN THE ROOM. FOR EXAMPLE, HERBAL TEA WOULD BE GOOD.

The hotel located at the downtown so everywhere walking distance. The staff amazing and helpful, our room was big enough and warm to enjoy our stay. The breakfast was not the best but all in all it deserved our stay.

Good Hotel. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. The staff are very helpful. My only suggestions would be to improve on the breakfasts served every morning. No change each day. Also the programming offered on Television are not catering to English speaking visitors at all. Other than that I highly recommend the hotel, the location is ideal.

Since the hotel is new, everything looks clean and neat, in this context, the cleanliness concern for hotels is not found in this place. There are suites in different concepts in the hotel and a very pleasant ambiance has been captured with the colors. We had the opportunity to experience the yellow and red suite.
