4 star hotels in Gaziantep

Staff. Room. Amenities All +++

Room was very clean , breakfast was super and the staff was very cooperative

Decent place to stay 4 star in my opinion

Çok güzel dedi memnun kaldık aile ile kaldık kalınacak yer

Lovely stay in comfort We stayed for one night. Check in and check out was smooth. Valet service was available as we came and went on arrival, during the day and the next day while sightseeing. The room had a complimentary fruit bowl on arrival as well as the usual tea and coffee facilities. It would have been nice to have actual ceramic cups rather than disposable cups but we didn’t ask to be fair...

One of the best The hotel is lovely, modern, clean and comfortable. The location is convenient. Staff are very professional. Be prepared to show your room key and let them confirm the number of guests before they let you into the breakfast hall. The food at breakfast was varied, plentiful and delicious. We didn’t have time to use the pool, which was our only regret as it looked nice.

Hotel is good , location is ok , staff was friendly and helpful,

The room was clean and comfortable, though the window was a bit noisy. The front desk was very friendly and helpful in finding bus routes. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of side dishes and main dishes, and the fruit was sweet. It's a bit far from the city center, but there's a train service just downstairs. Recommended!

It is a nice hotel in terms of location.

I have stayed at the Yilmazoglu Park Hotel many times in the past years, sometimes for extended periods. I like the fact that it is family owned, and I have met several of the extended family. In my experience the staff are very friendly and obliging in responding to requests. The rooms are clean and spacious, and on the upper floors there is a nice panoramic view. They have a very nice buffet breakfast...

I had a good experience in this hotel . Nice staff and they are very kind . They respond immediately to all requests . The lady in the reception she speak English very well and she was so helpful .I would definitely recommend this place

It has a very nice view at the roof (restaurant 360)

I stayed 2 nights. Stuffs were ,especially ali ihsan and his team, nice, kind and decent. Rooms are clean. However, hotel itself is not well-planned. During the peak days, it is not easy to use even elevator. Overall, it’s p/p otel compared to nearby hotels.

very good 4 stars hotel, location is good the room is spacious but bit old, the staff are very friendly, what bothered us is that we stayed in non smoking floor but feel the smell of cigarettes coming from every where ,

I was very pleased with my wife and our 5-night stay. Everything was better than I expected. We were very pleased with the kind attention and friendly behavior of all the hotel staff. The design and size of our room and the richness of the breakfast were very good. We thank the hotel management for everything.

First of all, we would like to thank Esra Hanım and all her employees for their interest and concern. Their kindness, interest and understanding deserve a big applause and appreciation. Always our first choice. Thank you, love.

I would like to thank the manager Esra and all the employees. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The location is not bad. They have staff who try their best to meet your every need 24/7. I recommend it. It is a hotel that I will always prefer.

Yucel has been great. Very helpful. Couldn’t have navigated without him. He gets 5 stars.

One of the fantastic hotels I have ever visited. Very quick check-in. Superb & beautiful room with all facilities. Neat bathroom with full amenities. Greatly comfortable. Above all, an amazing 100/100 breakfast. Perfect. You must visit if you are in Gaziantep.

We were new to Gaziantep, and Tuğba Bakır gave us wonderful suggestions for sightseeing. She made us feel like locals!

The first person we met at the hotel was Tuğba Bakır. Her positive energy gave us the best first impression. Shimall Hotel is lucky to have her.

Even late at night, Tuğba Bakır welcomed us with the same warmth and smile. After a long trip, that kindness meant a lot.

The service is absolutely top-tier, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable – for example, they helped us book taxis and even recommended great places to visit in the area. Okezz, the reception manager, was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay. The room service was exceptional, and the cleaners came every day to tidy up the...

The hotel was nice and the rooms spacious and clean. The bed was relatively comfortable but the pillows stiff. A breakfast buffet was included and had a large assortment of food. The location is convenient with a 10 min taxi to most spots. The staff were all very friendly.

Fast and easy check in, room cleaned to high standard…bed very comfy - room had everything we needed. Breakfast very good - all the usual staples. A nice outdoor terrace was available to sit on weather permitting. A pleasant one night stay whilst on a tour of Türkiye.

the hotel is very spacious and nice staff very caring rooms clean dinner and breakfast were also delicious thank you for everything

Excellent hotel with great rooms and service. Perfect location.

Reasonable place to stay. Room was alright. Shower n bathroom was ok.

Very nice rooms, really friendly and great staff and great food.

I was on a Buisness trip and the staff managed my all needs. They are very friendly and supportive. Will sure come back again. Many thanks to Ms Gizem from front desk.

I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Gaziantep. The hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained, making it a comfortable place to stay for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The beds are especially comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help...

Well, I spent around one week at this hotel around January 2025. I had a good experience in general. I'd like to extend my special thanks to Davut Bey, Esra (reception), Ali, Ayşenur and Damla (restaurant) and others 💐🙂

Great Breakfast & Clean Stay – Slightly Out of the Way We stayed at Holiday Inn and had a comfortable overall experience. The hotel is decently kept, has clearly been modernized, and is well maintained in both the rooms and common areas. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast – generous selection, fresh ingredients, and delicious options from cold cuts to warm dishes and even local specialties...

THE HOTEL HAS A GOOD LOCATION. THERE WAS A DIFFICULTY IN PARKING. THE VALET SERVICE WAS GOOD. THERE COULD BE MORE VARIETY OF TEA SERVED IN THE ROOM. FOR EXAMPLE, HERBAL TEA WOULD BE GOOD.

Very clean, pleasant and relaxed, always happy to come back.

Hotel is relatively very good of everythin. it's a pleasant day for 3 days and a very good experience here

This is a hotel I frequently choose; I'm happy with all of it: friendly staff, a satisfactory buffet breakfast, free private parking, free spa facilities, etc.

The hotel was great, the receptionist was very welcoming, and the rooms were clean and spacious. 👍

The food was delicious and delightful. Cansu was always lovely to associate with as well as Mr. Şaban was very welcoming as well as the rest of the staff. Pleasant to know. Thank you. ❤️

The hotel is located near the Visa Application Centre. Overall it meets expectations. The breakfast was not very varied.

The hotel is located very close to the city centre and to major roads, it was very easy to reach Suite rooms are decent in size and the amenities are good, with very decent price I am sleeping here tonight and for my next visit in Gaziantep I would use it again

It is an okay hotel when needed urgently, as it is of average quality, but during my search and stay in Gaziantep, I found much better hotels at the same cost.

Very good hotel near city's centre

Facilities and pics needs updating Decent hotel with a central location close to the basar, and spacious rooms. Major drawback: there is no sauna, no gym, no rooftop restaurant or bar. Pictures and description is not correct and needs updating. These facilities were part of my search filter, so would actually not have considered this place if I knew. Not good.

The price is good Cleanliness is average They have private parking which is a bonus. Breakfast buffet was very good .

tv doesn't work in my room, and the internet is horrible. other than that, breakfast was okay.

Good hotel and the price is good also the breakfast is included, the breakfast is an open pofet the room are good also

This is second time I've stayed, overall hotel is good, good location, service, breakfast but i don't find their bed comfortable. Secondly their bedrooms are outdated and not very modern. They need to upgrade their rooms.

Perfectly located hotel with good amenities and clean rooms. Friendly smiling staff with especially a note to Mr. Mustafa (or Mustafa abi) gives superb personal attention in making you feel comfortable and at home. Coming here for the 2nd time and I am sure that many more visits will follow.

This was such a wonderful place to stay! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and very welcoming. Parking was available, which made things so convenient. The hotel is also just a short distance from the main tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Gaziantep and highly recommend it to others.

This hotel is perfect for families . Nice rooms and big clean. Close to the city centre. Just next to shopping mall. Friendly staff. I would recommend it.Mukemmel otel . Genis ve guzel odalar. Kibar personel. Tavsiye ederim. Tam aileler icin.

Amazing experience at the Novotel. We were so satisfied with the service and cheerful staff members. Especially, Mustafa Bey, helped us during our stay. His support was priceless. This hotel deserves all the credits. Amazing breakfast too I must say. Great swimming pool by the breakfast area. Thank you very much Mustafa Bey and Novotel.

The hotel was very clean, service was perfect and the location is amazing. Especially thanks to the kind mr. Mustafa for his help and service during our stay

Rooms are ok. But they didn't provided AC. They rarely speak English To do laundry we need to followup a lot. Not suitable for 4 star. Restaurant staffs where very nice.

vi bokade två rum för vi var en större familj och det jag såg när jag kom fram var att rummen var bredvid varandra och det gick en dörr mellan rummen, ena rummet hade dessutom ett vardagsrum så det blev rymligt och stort till ett bra pris!

City Center base hotel, lovely and supportive team, good prices including breakfast, has multiple facilities either sports, Turkish Hamam, or even wedding salon. Good for short and long term residence.

Very good location nd very reasonable prices and wonderful staff

The rooms are clean and spacious, albeit a little dark at times due to the light bulbs, the AC is working properly and the bathroom is mostly good with little spots where the bathroom is showing it's age. There is a liquid soap dispenser which is a nice plus and a nice shower. Unfortunately the TV was not working but if you don't mind that it is overall a good experience

Best hotel ever seen in my life. Friendly staff and very good prices and clean rooms. Breakfast is amazing with so many food selections. I really enjoyed.

The hotel was old, it was not five star hotel, no swimming pool, poor services and poor breakfast

The staff was helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean. Since the location is also good, I will definitely prefer it on my next visit.

Quiet, upscale hotel, great staff, excellent breakfast

The room is large, comfortable and clean. The breakfast is relatively simple compared to other Double Tree hotels. Because the hotel is next to the road, it feels noisy when sleeping at night.

Hotel personnel is very friendly. There was a no smoking indication in the room but it smelled a bit of smoking. Breakfast is very good , and Great service at the restaurant ! Tasting the Turkish wine is a must and service is so good!

Good experience. But I think it could be better.

The hotel located at the downtown so everywhere walking distance. The staff amazing and helpful, our room was big enough and warm to enjoy our stay. The breakfast was not the best but all in all it deserved our stay.

Nice workers especially who is working in the night as bellboy (ı guess name is Ahmet). Location near to the all main attractions. Cleaning is good. They have to work about their breakfast !! Family hotel!!

Great hotel and amazing staff. Would definitely recommend

They offer outstanding service, friendliness, rooms are clean and fresh and the location is perfect. Breakfast is delicious. Great value for the money! I would recommend all to go to Hotel Kaleli when visiting Antep!

Good Hotel. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. The staff are very helpful. My only suggestions would be to improve on the breakfasts served every morning. No change each day. Also the programming offered on Television are not catering to English speaking visitors at all. Other than that I highly recommend the hotel, the location is ideal.

Fantastic place to stay. Comfortable beds, staff are nice especially Adnan bay. Many thanks for making our stay very comfortable. Rooms are nice and aircon works well. Breakfast is average but enough to get you going.

Comparing with same level hotels the fee is higher

Since the hotel is new, everything looks clean and neat, in this context, the cleanliness concern for hotels is not found in this place. There are suites in different concepts in the hotel and a very pleasant ambiance has been captured with the colors. We had the opportunity to experience the yellow and red suite. For others, they have to be a honeymoon couple or an artist, which is ridiculous! or...

I'm giving 5 stars right now I'm in the hotel. Beautiful clean rooms, new decoration, super modern and stylish. It can be understood how attentive they are, even from the tape that is attached to the toilet seat because it is new in the hotel. From the conditioner to the bonnet in the showers. Even the slippers remain luxurious compared to the slippers of the other hotels we stayed at. We should have...

Good points: 1. The staff are really polite and friendly. You would see always smile on their lips like Mrs. Rabia who works on the room service, she is very kind and professional on her job or Mr. Haroon in the restaurant (I don’t know the names of the others🙂) 2. The rooms are really clean and new and enough size for me as one person. 3. Close to the supermarkets and just behind of the hotel a traditional...

New hotel. Still missing experience Noisy due to being on the main road
