Pros: -The staff are very friendly, kind and helpful. -Nfc tagged key is a great idea for all the information you need. -Great wifi Cons: -The hotel is at the far end of the main street so be prepared to walk a little. Traffic could be horrible at high season. -Lots of stairs so if you have toddlers or knee problems, it could be problematic -Our room had lower sized doors - maybe in line with regional style-and it created difficulties for us -Breakfast is below our expectations, it could definitely improve Overall not too bad but not too great either

Great location - Lots of Stairs
Great location; walking distance to the museum and many shops and restaurants. We parked as close as GPS suggested, called the hotel, and staff arrived quickly to help with luggage and guide us to the hotel. Unfortunately, the only available room didn't have a window! Not mentioned when booking. Also, tiny entrance; my 6 ft. 3 husband had to crouch down to get into the room. The location is on the side of the hill below the castle. Very picturesque but lots of stairs everywhere.

Lovely room and view, staff could not have been any friendlier. Driving a car there is almost impossible, GPS navigation takes you everywhere but the hotel. There is no parking, despite what description says. It’s free-for-all parking nearby (if one can find a spot after fighting crowded streets and traffic). Then one has to carry suitcases/belongings up stairs and through alleys to get to the hotel. Our room was very nice, but the internet/wifi did not work. Staff delivered fresh fruit plate as an apology—it was delicious, but was 11PM. Breakfast buffet was sumptuous and delicious. Old Mardin is all within walking distance and spectacular. Front desk gave us great dining and sightseeing recommendations.

Quiet hotel down an alley at the end of the main street of the old town. Like most of the houses in Mardin the hotel is on multiple different levels, so lots of steps!

Price-performance hotel on the road in the bazaar. Being in the bazaar, it is within walking distance of all attractions. We stayed for 2 days. It is already difficult to get a better service for these prices. Those who made negative comments are talking nonsense. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast is ok, the only problem is that since it is on the market, you are victimized by the noise of loud vehicles at night, it is a nice hotel, thank you.

I stayed with my family for 1 night during Eid al-Adha. The family room was a room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The cleaning was good, the attention was good, the room was newly furnished. The air conditioning was problem-free, there was hot water, towels and bed linens were clean, there was a kettle, water, tea etc. in the room. I would like to thank the manager Mr. Özgür. The bad reviews are probably comments made by rival hotels to denigrate the property. Its location in the bazaar is given 10 out of 10. The only drawback is that the noise of the nightlife that continues until late hours comes into the room, and there is nothing the business can do about it.

Just perfect, the room very clean and has everything we needed, the staff are friendly, kind, always go out of their way to help, they just so lovely…the views from the hotel are amazing.. you will not regret booking We will definitely be back!! Amazing amazing amazing ♥️♥️
