The Internet experience is horrifying. You cannot connect laptop, I was forced to go the mall to finish some work, constant disruptions with connection with a phone.

Can a hotel with 100 usd price per night figure out Internet?

Disappointing and Unsafe Experience – Would Not Recommend

We stayed at the hotel near Mardin Airport and booked two rooms (145 and 146), requesting an extra foldable bed for each. Unfortunately, our experience was far from restful or safe.

Around 4 AM, for rm 145 one of the foldable beds collapsed backwards while someone was sleeping on it. The noise was loud enough to wake us all up in shock, and for a moment, I truly feared someone had been injured. I couldn’t even close the bed afterwards,it was completely unstable. I immediately called the front desk, and they did bring a new bed, which I appreciated. I was also told the incident would be brought to the manager’s attention.

However, by morning, no one followed up with us. I went down to the front desk expecting at least an explanation or an apology, but I was simply told, “It’s a foldable bed.” That’s not acceptable. A foldable bed should not collapse while someone is sleeping on it.

While I will say the hotel was clean and well-kept, I paid nearly $300 for both rooms for what ended up being two hours of disrupted, stressful sleep. Most importantly, the lack of concern and accountability for a serious safety issue was incredibly disappointing.

Safety should be the number one priority, and sadly, that wasn’t the case here. I would not recommend this hotel.
