We stayed at this hotel in January. It was very clean & calm, everything is within walking distance. There’s free parking available in front of the hotel. The only downside is that breakfast isn’t provided.

The room we booked was fantastic, but unfortunately we had to change it because the electrical outlets and the hairdryer weren't working. The standard room was nothing special.

I booked this hotel because it was saying on booking that it has private parking but once we got in there, we have been told that there is no parking available in all city, which was a lie because last year we stayed in other hotel not far from this one and they had private parking.
The hotel is what you pay for in rest, it could use some fixing as the rooms looked old and not looked after.

Cigarette-scented pillows and indifferent staff
We entered the room before the cleaning was finished and witnessed the situation. They were scattering water-filled plastic bottles around the room to mop it. We requested a room change, but when we got there, we put t-shirts over our pillows, and the cigarette smoke made it difficult to sleep. The entire hotel staff is generally indifferent and uncaring. It's clear there's no shortage of customers in Mardin, so we went because the price was reasonable, but even that price might be too much for this hotel. At breakfast, dried-out pastries, a few sloppy breakfast items, and indifferent staff. We couldn't sleep because of the live music that night, and the hotel told us about this after we paid and moved into our room. It was a fiasco for us.

Amazing location and staff they helped us with alot of stuff even outside the hotel, only rooms need more cleaning, and even my family spent alot of time in the reception they served them so many coffee and tea all free so its was an amazing but in general it was an amazing experience and its very affordable too
