Centrally located quiet Hotel near the Old Town walking distance to all central attractions.Plenty of cafes and restaurants about..views from errace is amazing over looking the Mezopotammia plains it's beautiful..Staff very helpful always ready to help and advise ..Specially Zůbeyde professional and knowledgeable, she even made me a cup of Turkish coffee before the trip back home its was Godsend before a long drive, would I stay here again absolutely its worth the money paid..Breakfast was more adequate and filling plenty to eat freshly baked bread as well beautiful...the only thing I don't like was the shower head it wasn't functioning properly but it was all good..

During our trip to Mardin, I found this hotel online for an evening stay and called. The company I called that afternoon quoted me 1250 TL (breakfast not included). Since we were on the road and weren't sure if we would be staying in Mardin, I didn't make a reservation. My friend called in the evening. They explained that the hotel was in the old Mardin district, had three floors, and only the middle floor was open, while the other floors were undergoing renovations. They said we couldn't use the garden and only three rooms were open. Of course, that wasn't the problem; they were renovating to improve service. However, the room price, which was 1250 TL when I called, was raised to 1500 TL when my friend called. After we told them we would arrive at the hotel at 9:00 PM (July 30, 2023), they acted like opportunists, claiming two rooms were full and there was a high demand. Their tone was unbecoming of a businessperson. The way I described the situation is my own. I didn't like the person's tone at all. As someone touring the Southeast, despite staying in many hotels, I was unfortunately left with a negative impression. Therefore, we stayed at the Mardin Airport Hotel. We paid 1600 TL for a clean, well-maintained hotel with breakfast included. It's a 10-minute drive from old Mardin.

First of all, our room was a beautiful stone room. The bed, lighting, and the hotel owner's approach were good. However, the hotel lacked tea, coffee, water, a kettle, glasses, slippers, and a table, and it was undergoing renovations, so there was a lot of noise in the morning. There was air conditioning, but it didn't work. The bathroom was very small. Despite these setbacks, the hotel owner started the renovations late to avoid disturbing us and offered a small discount since we couldn't use the terrace.

I came to Mardine with my girlfriend, we wanted to stay in the location known as old Mardin and we chose the Miri Boutiuge business. The owner is incredibly good and knowledgeable, the place I stayed is within walking distance of everywhere and no room is the same as the other, we liked the specially designed rooms and the view of Mesopotamia. Do not expect a 5-star hotel, this is a mini business, it is a perfect place for those who want to have a special experience only.

We stayed at this establishment during our trip to Mardin with my family. It's a small business, but very nicely designed, centrally located, and Mr. Mehmet is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive of everything. I would love to stay there again.
