The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Urfa, you can walk all the historical sights and the museums by foot. The service is very attentive and helps you with everything you need. What surprised me, is that even though the reviews said it's really clean, it's actually not that clean at all. It's ok, but not more. And for that price I would have expected more.

We stayed at this hotel last week as part of our tour. The cleanliness of the hotel was really excellent, especially the hygiene of the room and bathroom, which pleased us. The staff were friendly and helpful. Not having any parking problems was also a big advantage. It can easily be preferred for both family stays and business trips.

Very nice hotel. Very nice people here. They gave me a decent off season rate. Breakfast included. Location is perfect . All good

nice quiet hotel they work hard to make happy nice service just one problem they don't speak english just only turkish language and one person was talking to me arabic

I love this Hotel! It is in the middle of the old-town in Urfa. The Hotel has it own parking place and the personsl will park the car for you. The personal is really really nice.
We was two persons in second floor and was surprised about the amazing view over Urfa. From the restaurant at the 4.th floor you have even a better view!
The room was very very clean. The bathroom was perfect and everything was like a 4star hotel. The room is very big so you will have enough space for the baggage and more. There are chairs to sit in the room, a minibar, television, free good w-lan, every morning the room will be clean up and bath shower is inclusive.
You can pay with credit card.
The entrance is disability-friendly.
P.S.: The breakfast is continental!

Friendly staff, clean service. Parking in front of the door. I passed the walking distance in the center of the city. Everything expected from a city hotel is available
