Sajith & Mr Venkat (hope I’ve got the names right) were really sweet buggy drivers and drove us around the huge resort. Stella at the spa was also really sweet. Javed at the horse stables was also really friendly

To conclude the stay was absolutely convenient & hassle free and it’s a must visit for sure! Will be coming back here soon with my family again!

Next to the hotel there is a supermarket where you can find everything, including meat, seafood, and even Mirotorg products 😄 In general, our beach family vacation in relaxation was a success

The Al Hamra hotel grounds are small, with two heated pools, a bar, and a gym. We opted for breakfast, which was quite decent, but if you arrive late, the selection is meager (we're late risers)

It was a very nice stay and we enjoyed so much in the hotel there were so many activities to do and the staff was very nice polite and room was also very nice and the view from our balcony was unbelievable

Stay was good but there was no hot water to take bath, we checked out without taking bath which is really horrible, the technician came to attend the complaint, having very little knowledge about the hot water, according to him, if water is in room temperature its hot water😁😁, really funny guy

The pool area is lovely and relaxing. The property is right on Al Marjan / Marjan Island, so you feel close to the water and have good vantage points to enjoy sunrise or sunset

Housekeeping surprised us with room decorations. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. It is big and safe for families. Vegetarian options were available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner

We attended the 2026 New Year’s Eve party at City Stay Beach Hotel, Ras Al Khaimah, and it was an amazing experience. The event was very well organized with lots of fun activities for both kids and adults

But never ok Quite and calm place Breakfast option through the menu,no buffet system as they said when there is more gust like 40 people in house then they will arrange the buffet I think because of painting at the property, I saw cockroaches at the bathroom but never complained as I understand it's come out because of painting smell

Hassan, Diana, Sanu(Puja), and the maintenance team for always assisting me with my documents and being quick to help whenever I needed anything to fix inside the flat. ❤️ I’m gonna miss staying in Mughal for sure

Maintenance is biggest issue in the hotel which need to address, light and WC not working.
