Please it would like to be better if the pool and beach will open earlier than 9am it is nice if open 7am

Since it was July and the weather is too hot it would be lovely if there are family's inside activities as a inside fun city or inside gaming or even a theatre for cinema or and other show

And I recommend it to visit it for all, location is nice, the facilities is good and cleanliness is good and the most important the service is excellent in everything

During my recent stay at Rixos Bab Al Bahr and I had an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was top notch, with everything prepared for a perfect vacation

The pools are amazing and well-maintained and the perfect place to relax during the day

There's a private beach with plenty of sun loungers, and in the evening, there are live music performances by the pool.

I had a great experience with the staff, the room, the service, the beach, the pool, and the breakfast. Booking a sea view room was the best decision

The hotel staff made our experience feel personal and memorable especially the receptionist, Dinah who was incredibly warm, helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived

Mr Hany (operation manager) has been attentive to all guests explaining to them the situation abd facilitating the check in

It is one of the top tier hotels on Marjan Island, and I will definitely book again

They clean at night and it’s noisy because someone is using a pressure washer.

Overall, there's a gap between the current pricing and the details of the services provided, especially regarding dining flexibility and room tranquility. I hope these areas can be improved

Typically, all-inclusive resorts offer specialty restaurants to diversify dining options, but your policy states you must stay two consecutive nights to make a reservation

This is quite disappointing for guests staying only one night, as it means all three meals are confined to the buffet, which really detracts from the experience

Secondly, the evening entertainment's volume control wasn't great. The noise was quite noticeable from my room, disturbing my rest

Apart from that, we did not venture outside the hotel as we wanted to relax and this place is perfect for it. There are loads of lovely pools (I think 6 or 7), one fresh water which is not heated and the rest are heated

The only thing missing was a tennis court!

This is a luxurious hotel with stylish interior design and beautiful, well-maintained grounds. It offers mini-golf, swimming pools, arcade games for kids, a children's play room, and a fitness club

The rooms offer panoramic views of the bay and the beach – absolutely stunning. The hotel clearly looks quite new and fresh. If you have the 'All-Inclusive' package, you get unlimited Mövenpick ice cream

Everything looks opulent, and there's a grand piano in the lobby where music is periodically played, filling the entire space. It's a very pleasant place to be

In the afternoons, fruits and chocolate fountains are set up on the 1st floor for everyone to enjoy. The food is tasty, they often prepare seafood, and the desserts are especially delicious

My only comment where there is an opportunity to improve is cleanliness, the dishes on the breakfast were cleaned but didn’t smell good. e pool toilets and changing rooms…) were not clean

A major issue was that several facilities were closed during our stay, including restaurants, pools, and bars

The beach is fantastic; in the evenings, there are many hermit crabs and live shellfish active on the beach after the tide recedes. The BBQ crabs by the sea were delicious, and there was free alcohol too

I loved the chandeliers indoors, they had an exotic feel. However, the air conditioning was too noisy, but luckily, we didn't need to use it at night during this season

I was only here for 2-3 hours to get some drinks in their Breaker’s bar and my god this place is literally looks like a different city in whole Ras Al Khaimah

Since we are residents in UAE we already discussed to come back and do a staycation here for sure. Beautiful vibe and most importantly great services

Saeed is everything you want at a hotel front desk: genuinely friendly, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. He made our check-in process seamless—it was quick, easy, and we were in our room in no time at all

Everything is well organized, the services are impeccable, and we’re really enjoying our stay. We also had the chance to chat with a young lady named Shakira, who was especially friendly

We are currently staying at the Pullman El Kaima, and the experience has been truly excellent. The staff is incredibly welcoming—always smiling, helpful, and very professional

The hotel's buffet dinner is fantastic with a wide variety of options, and there are several other restaurants on-site, all with amazing atmospheres. On our first day, the hairdryer wasn't working well

If I ever come back to the UAE, I'd definitely choose the InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah again. You can literally spend all day lounging on the beach here and not want to go anywhere else

It turned out they were in my own backpack all along! But before we realized that, the front office manager was incredibly kind and supportive, always smiling and patiently assisting me

The staff kindly helped us replace it, though the second one wasn't great either. But on the second night, they brought us a brand-new hairdryer, which was much appreciated!

Calm and quiet and green compound. In house self service laundrette is a great help. Restaurant and house keeping crew area extremely polite and at your service attitude. Reception crew need a bit of refinement

Really enjoyed my stay here , the staff here are js so welcoming and friendly , especially the cleaners and the restaurant staff. There's pool along with a small gym was great too

However at the time of reaching we had to wait almost and hour for the rooms to be cleaned but altogether was good. But the rooms had no view from up here which was quite the cherry on top needed

The overall experience is really good. The only thing is in rooms windows are closed, meaning you can't ventilate the room; the air conditioning has to run constantly

Location of this hotel is very good - next to the private beach. On the private beach you can use hotel sunbeds for free as well as towels. There are 2 pools and one jacuzzi

Several small things could have been improved during my stay. The staff and facilities did not seem prepared during high season: From towel shortages at the pool & at the beach to broken thermostats in the room

Beautiful surroundings, definitely allows for all your stress to “evaporate”. Front desk staff are lovely, well mannered. The rooms are large, and homey. The views and the beach are what make me love this place the most

Just a problem I noticed, as I stayed on upper level with balcony during UAE winter month, you can hear the outside wind banging on the balcony door / glass but understandable due to season and wind

The hotel is located in a nice area in Ras al Khaimah, on the Corniche, where you have plenty of things and activities that you can do outdoors, especially during the winter time

Excellent city hotel with well-designed, modern rooms. It's clean and the staff are friendly (English-speaking). There's a large Manar Mall, supermarkets, and cafes for every taste nearby

The hotel offers a shuttle to the beaches, but we didn't use it, opting for taxis instead. For the price, it's a perfect choice

The main person on the beach also provides 200% excellent service, is always in a good mood, and is constantly on the go

We had a wonderful experience at the kids club area of BM Beach Hotel. The space is clean, safe, and very well maintained. There were plenty of fun activities to keep the kids engaged and happy

The pool in the standard room is actually quite small, making it difficult to really swim. If you want more comfort, it's better to stay in a tent villa

The hotel's main pool is also very shallow; I can't quite remember the exact depth, but essentially, adults can barely swim in the hotel's public pool. The hotel's safari, however, is pretty good

Had a wonderful stay here! The room was clean, bright, and had a beautiful view. Breakfast was plentiful, and it was lovely to often see animals grazing peacefully right from our room.

Had a superb stay with my family at the hotel - the biggest highlights were the room sizes, breakfast selection and the kids waterpark - had a great canopy covering the park from the sun so we could all spend a good amount of time there, wife and I also had fun on the slides

Sajith & Mr Venkat (hope I’ve got the names right) were really sweet buggy drivers and drove us around the huge resort. Stella at the spa was also really sweet. Javed at the horse stables was also really friendly

To conclude the stay was absolutely convenient & hassle free and it’s a must visit for sure! Will be coming back here soon with my family again!
