Beautiful surroundings, definitely allows for all your stress to “evaporate”. Front desk staff are lovely, well mannered. The rooms are large, and homey. A luxurious hotel with huge rooms, excellent staff, and impressive scale!

It was a wonderfully beautiful stay, as always 😊 We've stayed at the Waldorf three times already and have booked again for 2026. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The staff are very friendly and constantly attentive. The main person on the beach also provides 200% excellent service, is always in a good mood, and is constantly on the go.

Excellent hotel with great facilities and professional staff

The hotel has good amenities. It should be better conserved. The buffet dinner food was not good.

I checked in at around 8pm and there was only one person working at the front desk and I had to wait. I asked if I wanted a king-size bed room or a double bed room and I was told I wanted a king-size bed room. But when I opened the door, I was told I was given a double bed room.

This isn't my first time choosing the Ritz-Carlton, and for good reason! The location is fantastic, and the breakfast spread is diverse with excellent quality control. Every staff member, from the front desk to other service areas, is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Had a wonderful stay here! The room was clean, bright, and had a beautiful view. Breakfast was plentiful, and it was lovely to often see animals grazing peacefully right from our room.

The pool in the standard room is actually quite small, making it difficult to really swim. If you want more comfort, it's better to stay in a tent villa. The hotel's main pool is also very shallow; I can't quite remember the exact depth, but essentially, adults can barely swim in the hotel's public pool. The hotel's safari, however, is pretty good. As for the half-board option (two meals included)...

I loved my stay! Everyone I met, from front office to the concierge to restaurant staff to the buggy staff, were very nice, helpful and friendly. Big contrast to my stay in Dubai hotel. My activities were well organised and the staff were already waiting at my door picking me up to the lobby for check-out which was very nice of them!
