Good location service was good , breakfast was average

Despite very busy check jn process . The hotel staff was helpful offering cards to enter the beach area till the check in traffic soften. AIYAM from front office was very helpful and attentive. Mr Hany (operation manager) has been attentive to all guests explaining to them the situation abd facilitating the check in

There's a private beach with plenty of sun loungers, and in the evening, there are live music performances by the pool.

I WILL NEVER AGAIN BOOK A STAY IN THIS HOTEL. The security staff is very rude and very, very noisy. BREAKFAST IS VERY POOR TOO.

I had a great experience with the staff, the room, the service, the beach, the pool, and the breakfast. Booking a sea view room was the best decision. It is one of the top tier hotels on Marjan Island, and I will definitely book again.

The overall experience is really good. The only thing is in rooms windows are closed, meaning you can't ventilate the room; the air conditioning has to run constantly. The hotel is nice and faces the sea. Although there's construction nearby, it doesn't detract from the beautiful view. However, this is the only room I've ever stayed in that didn't have a hairdryer. I called for service, but it only arrived after my hair had already air-dried.

We had a wonderful experience at the kids club area of BM Beach Hotel. The space is clean, safe, and very well maintained. There were plenty of fun activities to keep the kids engaged and happy. Average resort. Room was spacious. Location was good with greenery and beach side. Room service was poor. Food was average. Not much activities. The water near the slide was very cold during December. Lot of cats near the room and restaurant.

I loved the view at this hotel. Stayed here on October 23rd. They have a beach and a pool tho I didn’t get a chance to swim since I was only there for a quick work trip. The room was clean, breakfast was tasty and the staff were super attentive. Overall, a really nice stay! 😌

Had a superb stay with my family at the hotel - the biggest highlights were the room sizes, breakfast selection and the kids waterpark - had a great canopy covering the park from the sun so we could all spend a good amount of time there, wife and I also had fun on the slides. Staff were phenomenal - look forward to coming back!

Amazing experience with the Ras al Khamaih hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff attentive and helpful. Room clean, breakfast super. Gala New Year dinner was out of this world.
