Please it would like to be better if the pool and beach will open earlier than 9am it is nice if open 7am

We had stayed in same hotel in Makkah and it was nice, and we enjoyed here in Marjan Island RAK as well

Since it was July and the weather is too hot it would be lovely if there are family's inside activities as a inside fun city or inside gaming or even a theatre for cinema or and other show

The entertainment facilities provided great energy and service that kept us engaged and having fun throughout the stay. I must say a massive thank you to the staff who provided excellent service to make this trip special

The best part of the stay was the all-inclusive experience. From morning till night, food and drinks were always available, with so much variety that it never felt repetitive

As we checked out, Rixos Bab Al Bahr delivered a memorable stay. Great food, warm hospitality, fun activities, and unforgettable entertainment made these two nights feel much longer in the best possible way

Not as good as other Rixos experience in another countries Rooms are small and outdated

I had a wonderful stay at Rixos Bab Al Bahr and can honestly say that everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and vibrant at the same time

Good location service was good , breakfast was average

I had a great experience with the staff, the room, the service, the beach, the pool, and the breakfast. Booking a sea view room was the best decision

Despite very busy check jn process. The hotel staff was helpful offering cards to enter the beach area till the check in traffic soften. AIYAM from front office was very helpful and attentive

Mr Hany (operation manager) has been attentive to all guests explaining to them the situation abd facilitating the check in

There's a private beach with plenty of sun loungers, and in the evening, there are live music performances by the pool.

The family room was very spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax

Overall, there's a gap between the current pricing and the details of the services provided, especially regarding dining flexibility and room tranquility. I hope these areas can be improved

Typically, all-inclusive resorts offer specialty restaurants to diversify dining options, but your policy states you must stay two consecutive nights to make a reservation

This is quite disappointing for guests staying only one night, as it means all three meals are confined to the buffet, which really detracts from the experience

Secondly, the evening entertainment's volume control wasn't great. The noise was quite noticeable from my room, disturbing my rest

Apart from that, we did not venture outside the hotel as we wanted to relax and this place is perfect for it. There are loads of lovely pools (I think 6 or 7), one fresh water which is not heated and the rest are heated

The only thing missing was a tennis court!

The rooms offer panoramic views of the bay and the beach – absolutely stunning. The hotel clearly looks quite new and fresh. If you have the 'All-Inclusive' package, you get unlimited Mövenpick ice cream

This is a luxurious hotel with stylish interior design and beautiful, well-maintained grounds. It offers mini-golf, swimming pools, arcade games for kids, a children's play room, and a fitness club

Everything looks opulent, and there's a grand piano in the lobby where music is periodically played, filling the entire space. It's a very pleasant place to be

In the afternoons, fruits and chocolate fountains are set up on the 1st floor for everyone to enjoy. The food is tasty, they often prepare seafood, and the desserts are especially delicious

My only comment where there is an opportunity to improve is cleanliness, the dishes on the breakfast were cleaned but didn’t smell good. e pool toilets and changing rooms…) were not clean

This was a disappointing stay and nowhere near the 5-star experience advertised — at best, it’s a 3-star operation

The beach is fantastic; in the evenings, there are many hermit crabs and live shellfish active on the beach after the tide recedes. The BBQ crabs by the sea were delicious, and there was free alcohol too

There were not enough staff available, and management was noticeably absent. Concerns were left to junior staff and supervisors who were not empowered to resolve issues effectively, leading to frustration and delays

To cut costs, guests were packed into a small dining space, which made the experience feel crowded and uncomfortable rather than relaxed and premium. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations

These were key selling points when booking, and while they may have been mentioned somewhere beforehand, the reality is that the experience on arrival felt significantly reduced and misleading

This felt less like a technical limitation and more like a cost-saving measure at the expense of guest comfort. Staffing and management were clearly stretched

Saeed is everything you want at a hotel front desk: genuinely friendly, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. He made our check-in process seamless—it was quick, easy, and we were in our room in no time at all

After a long journey, having such a smooth and friendly start makes a huge difference. Managers like Saeed are true assets; he is the perfect, friendly face for the hotel

Our stay at the Pullman Marjan Island was fantastic, and I wanted to specifically highlight the exceptional service we received from the Reception Manager, Saeed

If you want to swim in the sea, you'll have to take a buggy to another location, which is the biggest disappointment about this hotel

A significant drawback is that it currently lacks its own private beach due to ongoing construction in front of the property

However at the time of reaching we had to wait almost and hour for the rooms to be cleaned but altogether was good. But the rooms had no view from up here which was quite the cherry on top needed

Good location, near to the mall and several stores, the room and the bathroom was clean, but the toiletries were missing in the bathroom.

Very highly recommend trying the cocktails here, they were some of the best I have ever had (and they even have happy hours from 5 to 8pm) highly recommend the gin, peanut butter, berries cocktail! We were a group of friends and had good time. The rooms sizes are big, cleanliness and service was very good. The sports facilities need to be improved, coild only play tennis

The hotel is nice and faces the sea. Although there's construction nearby, it doesn't detract from the beautiful view. However, this is the only room I've ever stayed in that didn't have a hairdryer

We had a wonderful experience at the kids club area of BM Beach Hotel. The space is clean, safe, and very well maintained. There were plenty of fun activities to keep the kids engaged and happy

This desert hotel, less than an hour and a half's drive from Dubai, offers excellent privacy and beautiful scenery. You can spot gazelles on the paid safari offered by the hotel

The hotel's main pool is also very shallow; I can't quite remember the exact depth, but essentially, adults can barely swim in the hotel's public pool. The hotel's safari, however, is pretty good
