I stayed at Reef Hotel Apartment in Ajman from 31/01/2026 to 01/02/2026 and the experience was extremely disappointing.

The cleanliness was very poor. The apartment was dirty, dusty, and clearly not properly cleaned before check-in. The furniture is very old, worn out, and unhygienic. The whole place looks outdated and badly maintained. It does not match the photos or the basic standards of a hotel apartment.

The reception service was also terrible. The two female receptionists were rude and unprofessional, especially the lead receptionist. Their attitude was impolite, unhelpful, and disrespectful. Instead of solving issues, they made the situation worse.

This place is absolutely not worth the money.
I regret staying here and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is the dirtiest hotel Ive ever been to . Bugs everywhere even on the bed . Smelly bathrooms.rude staff . Honestly it should be closed long time ago . Do not come here ever!!!!!!!

The rooms r spacious but not at all hygienic every floor is filled up with cockroaches i was given an apartment on the 3rd floor and when i discovered that everywhere there were cockroaches i complained and asked for another apartment they showed me on the 1st floor but when i went there to check the room again i discovered cockroaches in the kitchen i was so dissatisfied with the cleanliness and the man on the reception was also v rude not at all recommending this hotel to anybody at all.

Very bad hotel. Rooms were smelly. Bathroom and other rooms were not looks like hotel room and bathroom. Bathroom were smelly. Kitchen cookwares looks very old. Even pillows and bedsheet looks very dirty.

But reception and room service boys were very active. Thats the only positive.

The cleanliness isn't that good, the below the sinks there are iron holders that are completely rusted, the staff are friendly and look professional, the WiFi is very bad, keeps turning off very 2 hours, tip: go to the reception and use that WiFi, its much more stable and the room WiFi, and if you don't speak Arabic, i don't recommend the TV, it consists of Arabic channels only with a few other language channels. I do not recommend opening the windows, because outside, its very sandy and there is a lot of dust in between the window and glass pane. Lucky i haven't yet seen a cockroach or spiders or rodents.

Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Some rooms need maintenance like new paint coat. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
