I had a very pleasant stay at Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel.
The hotel has a beautiful beachfront location with relaxing views of the Arabian Gulf, making it a perfect place to unwind for a few days.
The atmosphere is calm and comfortable, and the private beach area is a great bonus.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained.
The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the service throughout the stay was excellent.
Everything felt organized and professional, from check-in to daily service.
Overall, a relaxing stay with a great seaside location, good hospitality, and a peaceful environment. I would happily stay here again when visiting Ajman.

We stayed for 5 nights and were quite disappointed with the overall service quality. While the hotel facilities look good at first glance, the attention to detail is lacking.
We booked the full board option hoping for a relaxing, worry-free holiday without having to think about where or what to eat. Unfortunately, the restaurant service made us feel uncomfortable throughout most of our stay. The staff often acted as if we were bothering them. Every request had to be repeated at least three times — otherwise, they would say yes, but nothing would follow.
There were two different service teams in the restaurant. During the first four days, the service was particularly poor. Only on the last day, when a new team was on duty, did we finally feel relaxed while dining.
That said, the food quality was good and the dishes were tasty. This is the main reason I am giving 3 stars. Otherwise, based on the service experience alone, it would have been 1 stars.
Housekeeping was similar — they only did a proper job after we complained. Otherwise, the cleaning was below expectations.
If you are not concerned about room cleanliness or a comfortable dining experience, this hotel may suit you. Otherwise, you may leave feeling disappointed due to the service.

We spent our Valentine’s Day with Bahi. Our stay is more than what we are expecting. Our family had a great time with them. Aside from the beautiful place, the hospitality of the staff is what I loved. May i also add that it was a family friendly hotel. I have noticed that there are lots of family visitors, and i feel safe and relax hearing the laughter amongst the family playing in the pool area. We were even given a chance to upgrade our room 😍 and it was amazing.

Very handsome 5* hotel unfortunately located as the corniche is under reconstruction and will be for at least 2026 so there is nowhere to walk outside the hotel. Still it's nice here. We were kindly upgraded to a one bedroom apartment which is HUGE and smart. It even has a large kitchen, bigger then you'd find in most normal apartments, although there is no crockery or cutlery or anything except the tea/coffee facility and a microwave, so maybe you need to ask the management for some kitchenware if you're staying a while and want to make use of the kitchen space. The breakfast buffet was excellent and sitting outside is lovely in the cooker weather. Dinner in the a la carte 'Dragons Place' restaurant was a mixed experience. The service was attentive and the sushi very good, but other dishes were average/dull. Overall a very nice stay, thank you.

We spent 5 nights at the hotel in January 2026. It's a family-friendly hotel with a conveniently located pool right by the sea. The pool is heated, which was great! The rooms aren't new, but everything worked perfectly, and they were cleaned very well! The only minor drawback for us was the kids' menu in the restaurant. We would have liked to see more options, such as pizza, nuggets, and at least some sausages for lunch and dinner, as the adult food didn't always appeal to the children!

We had a wonderful stay at the resort and truly enjoyed every moment. The hospitality was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly.

The location is unbeatable, stunning views and easy access to the sand and waves. The rooms were spacious, clean, with balconies that provided perfect spots to enjoy the sea breeze and watch the sunset.
The hotel staff was always going out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. The amenities were excellent, from the refreshing pool to the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options.
However, I did feel that the furniture in the rooms could use some renovation. While everything was functional, some of the furnishings felt a bit outdated and would benefit from a modern refresh to match the overall quality of the hotel.
