Al Zorah Beach Resort in Ajman City

We stayed at Al Zorah Beach Resort for the second time, and once again we were convinced that this is truly one of the best hotels we have ever experienced.

During an extremely difficult and stressful period — at the height of the Iranian attacks on the UAE — when no one was willing to arrange transportation for my family to Oman, the hotel stepped in and handled everything at the highest possible level. A very special and heartfelt thank you to the concierge, Parth Sharma, who personally helped organize our transfer when nobody else agreed to take us. His professionalism, dedication, and calm support during such a tense situation meant more to us than words can express.

I would also like to thank the entire hotel team. The waiters and restaurant staff were incredibly attentive and caring throughout our stay. Special thanks to Chef Davide, whose food is absolutely outstanding — every dish was prepared with passion and exceptional quality.

A big thank you as well to the administrator from South Africa — he was extremely attentive, always uplifting our spirits, joking with us, and making sure we felt positive despite everything happening around us. His warmth and sense of humor truly made a difference.

We would also like to express our appreciation to the Indian sous-chef (I regret that I forgot his name) who always remembered exactly what we liked to eat and how we preferred it prepared. He was not only attentive but also a wonderful person to talk to — whether about food, life, or even politics.

And of course, thank you to Mohammed, who helped us with our luggage and spoke Russian. He was incredibly attentive and kind, always ready to assist with a smile.

This was our second stay here, and once again we were reminded why we love this place so much. The service, the people, the atmosphere — everything is simply exceptional. We are deeply grateful and will definitely return again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for two nights. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is perfect and convenient, with everything nearby. The service overall was excellent, and I truly felt relaxed and welcomed during my stay. We left Dubai during the mayhem and sought some solace and mental peace af AlZohra resort for 3 days. It was incredible. The resirt was empty but yet their staff Tanvir, Barinder, Keshav, Hannah and Remalyn couldnt have been more attentive and so professional. We had a small ac issue which was resolved immediately by Barinder. Rema was excellent and took care of us by the pool. Abhi and Tanweer kept checking we were ok. Hannah had the most attentive customer service. Keshav is a lifeguard and found my daughters items left at the pool. I have only words of gratitude for all these staff members. Al Zohra are so lucky to have you all. The pool was cold but it was sorted. It was pure bliss!!! We will definitely return again. We had a truly wonderful stay at Al Zohra Beach Hotel and can’t recommend it highly enough. We came for a couple of relaxing days with our baby, and from the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless, calm, and exceptionally well taken care of. This is a beautiful boutique hotel where every detail is clearly thought through. The atmosphere is serene, the surroundings are stunning, and the level of comfort is outstanding. Traveling with a baby can be challenging, but here it was the complete opposite. We felt genuinely welcomed, supported, and at ease throughout our stay. What really sets this hotel apart is the team. The staff went above and beyond at every opportunity, always warm, attentive, and proactive without ever being intrusive. A very special mention goes to the fabulous General Manager, Krystel, whose leadership truly shows. She personally ensured we felt at home and cared for, which made our experience even more memorable. Everything was impeccable, from the service to the ambiance to the overall guest experience. It’s rare to find a place that balances luxury, warmth, and authenticity so perfectly. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already looking forward to returning. An absolute gem and a must-visit for couples and families alike.

The Al Zorah hotel and Beach resort in Ajman is an outstanding hotel if you are looking for tranquility and a high level of service in a beautiful location. The hotel and its rooms have clean, modern designs with palm vegetation, nature and birds. The high level of service from the staff for room service to concierge to restaurants to the beach is impeccable. My girlfriend and I felt totally re-energised after our 7 day stay and would highly recommend this hotel and its wonderful team. Btw the Al Zorah golf course is excellent too which is only a few hundred yards away. Our sincere thanks to the whole staff who gave us a fabulous holiday.

Fabulous resort with the most amazing pool and very large sandy beach. Room was an excellent size and highly recommend this resort. Now the reason I didn't give it 5/5: We came here a few years ago when it was an Oberoi and it was absolutely superb. Four Seasons are about to take it over and that suggests it was in transition when we went....and it showed in some of the staffing. Most were excellent but one restaurant experience was lacking, both service and food wise. It's hopefully just a blip but management were pleased that we told them at the time and I'm sure it will be addressed. There is a lot of building work going on around the hotel but we didn't hear it as the grounds of the resort are extensive. It may impact in the future but I don't have a crystal ball.
