Cosy hotel for a relaxing holiday by the sea. The wonderful beach. Perfect ratio between price and quality. The room Windows do not open.

Renovated: 2008
Located: on the Gulf coast, 5 km from Sharjah city center, 15 km from Dubai international airport and 20 km from Sharjah international airport.
Consists of one 2-storey building without balconies.
The hotel has 134 rooms including 62 rooms with sea views and 72 rooms overlooking the Park site.
Total area: 13 000 m2.
Beach: own sandy beach, 10 m from the hotel (1st coastal line). The entrance to the sea sand. Beach towels, umbrellas, deckchairs: free of charge. The beach is 125 m.
Alcoholic drinks are not available!
Smoking is not allowed, with the exception of some rooms.
When you arrive at the hotel will collect a Deposit. The amount of the Deposit is returned to DHS.

A free daily shuttle service is available to shopping centers in Sharjah and Dubai.
From the reception, everything was disappointing. They charged extra for every child under 3 years old, asked for a deposit as if we were thieves, and only returned it after checking the room thoroughly. They even tried to deduct money just because the safe was locked, even though we never used it!
The rooms were extremely dirty: stained towels and bedding, clogged sinks and bathtub, and a very unhygienic bathroom.
The lifeguards’ behavior was completely inappropriate, staring at women in a very disrespectful way.
When we told the staff this was humiliating and that we would leave a bad review, they didn’t care at all and even mocked us.
The experience was so bad that we couldn’t even stay for the rest of the day and checked out the same day. They clearly don’t value their guests’ feedback. I do NOT recommend this place at all.
Overall good resort hotel for beach lovers.
