The whole place becomes so lively in the evenings and is only a 5 min walk from Burjuman metro station.
Al Ghuhair shopping mall is a 5 min walk the area is surrounded by lots of eating places.
The staff are veryfriendly and our room was very clean and the laundry changed everyday.
Will definitely be staying at this hotel again soon.
Our room was comfortable and clean. The bed was cozy, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.
We didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on the dining experience, but everything else met our expectations for a comfortable and stress-free stay. It’s a solid choice for couples or anyone looking for a convenient and reasonably priced hotel in the area.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy, no unpleasant smells.
Environment: The neighborhood is harmonious. Rooms near the market might have some noise, but those closer to the inner road are very quiet.
The hotel has its own parking lot, charged at 15 Dirhams per day.
However, Mahesh suddenly pulled me out of the pool and told me that anyone who applies sunscreen, even after showering, is not allowed to swim. I explained that there were too few parasols and that without sunscreen I would get burned, but he simply responded that this was my problem. I found this extremely unprofessional and upsetting.
Other guests around the pool also felt that his behavior was unacceptable. This experience left a very negative impression and significantly affected my stay.

Special shout-out and most sincere appreciation to Aziz(security) and Shams (reception) for their support and encouragement when I realized I forgot my backpack in the Uber from the airport to the hotel. Ariz confirmed with the hotel video that I didn't have it when entering the hotel.
They advised to return to the airport - go to the terminal where I got the Uber ... and inquire.
To my AMAZEMENT .... the Uber driver had already reported the backpack the supervisors and it was back in my possession with 30 minutes!!!! I have traveled extensively and this is the first time (hopefully the last time) I ever forgot a bag while in transit.
