I was there for more than a week vacationing with my family. Excellent service from the hotel staff. Rooms are cleaned regularly, breakfast is good and the menu is cycled regularly. Very good service also at breakfast. Good location as there are nice eat outs, supermarket, and also small shops around the hotel which is very convenient e.g. if you want to purchase fruits / snacks / accessories etc. We often went to the saravna bhavan which is just few steps from the hotel. Metro is a bit more of a walk, but manageable. Two things I did not like much was: no hand shower in bathroom, and the occasional plane landing and takeoff noise.
If you are looking a good and clean option, with nice breakfast, and easy access to metro, with a relaxed stay for your holiday, then go for it.

City Avenue Hotel has a really convenient location, making it easy to get around the city. It’s close to main roads, local markets, and plenty of food options, which saves a lot of travel time. The area feels lively and well-connected, especially for taxis and public transport. Overall, a great spot if you want comfort and accessibility in Dubai.

Hotel is a good place to stay!
A special mention to Mrs. Rabiya at the front desk, she was very polite, accommodating, and professional. Her welcoming attitude truly set the tone for a pleasant stay, I really appreciated.
Overall, a clean and comfortable hotel with great service. I would definitely stay here again!

This booking through agoda at this so called City Avenue hotel was the worst experience I have ever been through among any online booking I've ever had.
The first lie is the front photo .. and then you will discover later they have 2 Hotels.. even though Google maps will lead you to the location you clicked to book.. but they are ready for you to tell you you are wrong ! You booked in another hotel .. which is belong to them and then receive what is coming down over your head!!
I booked and paid immediately.. but when arrived to the property I refused to stay and gave up what I pay ..
The bad location.. noisy neighbourhood..deterring front.. ugly entrance.. worst contract terms.. chargable, hard reaching parking.. zero welcoming.. a cashier not a reception.. completely mess..
I left and choose to give up the amount I already paid (93$)

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel for a week during my visit. Receptionists were always being helpful and rooms were always cleaned. It’s such a well designed, clean and comfortable hotel in an average area.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room layout was great, and we especially loved the color of the curtains it gave a warm and cozy feel.There were a few small issues: the TV remote was missing maybe just forgotten, there were no slippers in the room, some of the furniture was a bit old, and the kettle lid was damaged. One thing that was a bit disappointing is that guests have to go downstairs to collect deliveries. It would be more convenient if delivery drivers were allowed to bring items up to the room. Not everyone stays at a hotel just to relax some may have mobility issues, be elderly, or have a disability, and expecting them to come down for essentials like food or medicine isn’t really ideal.
