Breakfast no omelette 😭
First, check-in was at 3:00 PM, but I only got into my room closer to 3:30 PM after asking twice.
Second, my booking clearly stated three guests and I was charged for three, yet there were no bedding supplies for the sofa bed. I called to request a duvet, but it took a long time to arrive. I eventually had to speak directly with a staff member in the hallway to finally get it delivered.
Third, and this is the most outrageous part: my friend was the first to shower. As soon as they turned on the shower, I heard a 'thud' and the showerhead cover fell directly on their head. We tried to put it back, but it wouldn't attach at all. The clips were clearly loose, meaning the cover was just loosely positioned and angled to look like it was attached.
To top it off, the hotel doesn't even provide disposable slippers! [facepalm] Paying over 1200 for a night... it's worse than a 200-RMB hotel in China, if not comparable. [sigh]
